We purchased a Solidor front door set from Local company. Initially all was well and we were very pleased with the installation and look of the door. After a little while a white line became visible on the outside next to one of the glazing panels. My supplier came to look and adjusted the glazing panels and was going to fit some coloured mastic.Never happened. The door then started to make a cracking noise when the sun came to front of the house, they came back and made some adjustments but the door still cracks. We were very pleased with installation and the look of door. Uh
The supplier said he would contact the Solidor forum. To date we are still waiting. Great looking door but being let down by this issue.

I find it hard to believe the bad reviews on here when having a look through them. The company solidor give excellent customer service and the product is with no doubt amongst if not the best on the market. I wouldn’t want to fit any other composite door, and any decent installer would have to say the same if completely honest.

After sales support and customer service support was brilliant, I purchased a door from a merchant who would do anything to assist me,they said the business had changed hands. As the door was still under manufacturing guarantee,I contacted there support team who very quickly resolve the issue .great job.

Got my Solidor back door through Koncept Home Improvements Wokingham , absolutely delighted with it. It is so much snugger fit than one it replaced, has kept the extreme heat from the kitchen, hoping it does the same with the cold in the winter.

"Bad after sales if any issues"

Purchased a red solidor composite door through a fairly local supplier who then ordered through another party who purchased from solidor.
Colour faded and I contacted solidor who says that the colour shouldn’t fade and I need to contact my supplier and get them to send their order details etc including photos which have been carried out.
This started in mid June and still no resolution in sight ! I’ve sent numerous emails requesting any information on what is happening even though the company that bought from solidor have requested a new slab!
Shocking after sales service from this company and I’m in the building industry and won’t recommend them in the future if this is how they perform
