After 3 years of enjoying my solidor composite front door I noticed that I'd lost one of the caps to the weather bar. I contacted Solidor and they responded that day and without hesitation have sent out replacement caps to me.

I needed to contact Solidor concerning a minor problem, broken end cap for the ridge at the bottom of my back door. They responded swiftly, asked for a photo then straight away agreed to send a replacement. Great response to email query and a very helpful customer service person. I have two Solidor doors, front door and back door, they are both fabulous and beautiful too. Thank you for your help.

Ordered a new front door and surround from Solidor after positive reviews from two friends and was very pleased with the result. I used the excellent website and viewing portal to help create and visualise our choices. Images were an excellent reproduction of the real thing and helped hugely to decide on our choice. Samples were supplied as requested and cemented our earlier choices. Door and materials were extremely sturdy and well made. Very solid and sturdy which was what we wanted.
The fitter was extremely organised and tidy and left us delighted with our purchase. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

First class customer service. I contacted Solidor after the finish on our composite door sustained a minor but noticeable scratch. Uncertain as to how to remedy the problem, I contacted Solidor. Their customer services department arranged for touch up paint to be sent out. There was a short delay in the item being shipped however customer services stepped in and ensured the paint was forwarded.

I have a Solidor Front Door and a couple of weather bar end caps came off.

Having requested replacements they arrived quickly and fitted without a problem.

I can’t fault the customer service. Efficient and items received within days of ordering.

"Solid colour?????"

Solidor claim their doors to be "solid colour" and "never need painting" The beading or cassettes as they call them has lost it's colour after about 6 years.
