I recently had a door fitted from Solidor and it is excellent. The quality of the finish is first class. A new door is not something that you buy everyday but if I require a door in the future then it will be a Solidor. I recommend them.

Fantastic product which we are really pleased with. Through no fault of theirs I lost an end cap from the weather bar, one email to Solidor and I received an immediate response from a very helpful lady called Grace who is posting one to my home address.

Had a problem with my door which I had fitted 6 years ago, and needed a replacement part for one of the hinges. This was dealt with very promptly and efficiently. Very impressed with solidors customer services.

Absolutely stunning product. Quality product, looks perfect inside and out. It has transformed the look of our home both outside and inside as well. The door has a fabulous locking mechanism using the Ulition lock. Needed more keys and they turned up 20 hours later; how good is that. Neghbour is now looking to get one after seeing ours and hearing me rave about it. Exceeded all of our expectations.

"Very slow lead time."

I have been waiting 11 weeks for a Solidor composite door. It is holding my builder up and it is needed to progress the work. It is now becoming an embarrassment with neighbours asking when the project is to be finished. What is the current lead time most manufactures are quoting 6 to 8 weeks at the moment?

I have this morning been contacted by Steven at Solidor. We told him our concerns. He immediately identified our order and looked into the matter. He rang us back within the hour.
It appears that delays in procurement of certain glass units, due to pandemic, had been the cause of the problem. He assured us that the door will be with our builders supplier within the next 10 days, if not sooner. We are very pleased with the empathy shown to us and the professional service we received. Today we have received a 5 star customer service from Solidor.

We wanted a Rosewood to match the existing windows of the property a perfect match.
Good security options with the slam shut locking mechanism.
The Matrix glass was a perfect match to our door.
