"YHG do not give a FC UK"
Having read all of the reviews about this imbecile run company. I can only agree that most of the staff are incompetent and have lack of empathy towards anyone that complains to them about their tenants. A couple of the reviews are so similar to what I am going through and have had to endure for years, with little or no help not only from YHG but Staffordshire Police also.
Imagine a neighbour, who is a police grass and lives in the entitlement that I get on with all the local YHG staff and will report things back to them. This is the tenants of 19 Trent Grove Biddulph ST8 6ND. I know because I lived near to these scum bags, they only have to ask for a repair and it is done, whilst other properties in the area are falling to pieces. I know one of the neighbours was threatened with their lives being made hell. You guessed it yes they have, no matter who complains about what nothing is ever done. Well done YHG on allowing your scum tenants to have an impact on someone else’s lives and you do fc uk all.
Having read reviews where you target families whose children, yes children have mental health issues is a total disgrace. You should be ashamed but, you won’t be.
The sooner your tenants all get together and complain in their masses to the housing ombudsman the better.

"AWFULLLLL"
Moved into the property November and moved out March. Had all my flat professionally decorated and it was lovely. For your housing to move horrendous tenants in above me. The above tenants had parties. Smashing on peoples doors when that drunk, kicking their own door in, took a wee everywhere. Called the police on loud speaker drunk and as they wouldn’t help her in she decided to F and blind at them at 4am in the morning when me and my 9 year old where in bed. They were the flat above us and were constantly screaming and causing trouble DAILY. I stayed in my mums house with my son most nights due to working full time and being up early, even during the day time they would be full on screaming like a bunch of children, there crackhead mum started to shout awful abuse when walking past my door once she knew they had been reported.. I mean how stupid can you get. They had two visits of anti social team and a warning and nothing, your housing passed the book each time and Supposably 2 anti social officers left during my case and in the end I was told to just get a crime reference number. Your housing do not give two craps who they house in their properties even if their is children in the building who have school and people who work. No one looks after the buildings they are absoulte shit holes to say the least. So if your looking for a new place and flat 3, 63 St Domingo grove Liverpool comes up available DO NOT LIVE IN THIS FLAT YOU WILL REGRET IT WOW ITS AWFUL NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE DO NOT MOVE THEIR!! I just left and emailed them a complaint.
I moved with another housing association to a lovely part of town and I’m very happy, it effected my life a lot dealing with horrendous neighbours living above me to the point I have started to lose clumps of hair through stress.

"All sudden this yr our service fee…"
All sudden this yr our service fee jumped from £8 to £14 a week. Joke . We only see gardeners 2 time yr for bushes in front and little piece grass. We get nothing else.ask for a breakdown and don't get proper ones. Also my rent gone to samed as assured when I was always a secure tenant.

"If I could leave 0 stars I would"
If I could leave 0 stars I would. So a few years back they sent out (Ashley macdonhue) probably spelt wrong a Liverpool based company to do a service on a combi boiler that is outside. Was working fine before. Service done boiler stopped working leaving us with no heating and hot water in winter this went on for a few weeks. They then returned to fix the problem only to try and bodge a part in the boiler with silicone. Used all the kitchen towel i had because there was silicone everywhere(I have pictures to prove) then we was left with no running water in the house for a week so had to buy bottled water. British gas ended up coming to fix this problem and was amazed that we had been left with no running water

"5 star service"
I am not a tenant of Your Housing Group. I rang them on Tuesday 11th March to ask if they could do anything about the new lighting which was installed at their premises at BB52AN. One of the lights was too bright and dazzling us across road from it. The problem was rectified the day after. Well Done

Your housing group dosent even deserve a 1 star, ❌avoid❌ leaving a young mother with a 2 year old and new born baby in 2nd floor 1 bedroom flat full of damp, floor to ceiling windows in the living room, no lifts, the stairwell has rubbish thrown all over cig dimps on the window sills, drug addicts and alcoholics housed in the same block, YET !!! You have a flat available on manchester move in the same block which states “No children under the age of 10” VILE housing group

This company are amateurs who just want your money and if you have property problems they take forever hoping you'll pay for repairs yourself AVOID!!!

"Dangerous, safeguarding issues, injury to children and no communication"
This company allow tenants to harass home owners on the street and do not do anything about it. They fail to address safeguarding concerns and allow tenants to record children, breaking NSPCC regulations and allow harm to be caused to children.
Numerous emails, phone calls to customer service and online forms have been completed and no one gets back to you.

"YHG referring me back to my problem"
Neil telling me to submit complaints to a link that I DID submit my complaints to. It says volumes that Neil just said that without even looking.
Neil telling me he would make sure my issues were fixed which is a lie. I got hot water back after nearly 6 weeks (before he wrote his reply) but I still don't have a working intercom and he's never contacted me. I first complained about that 10 weeks ago! No working intercom = I can't have contractors over. And I have made a new complaint about YHG changing the key to the meter room without bothering to tell me or give me a new key. That wasted my time and the time of British Gas who came over to install a smart meter.
YHG makes me miserable. They are a bad landlord. Communication is awful and takes many days/weeks. Awareness of disability is awful (I am deaf and can't take calls). They choose poor quality products and contractors. They don't follow their own complaints policy. They don't hold contractors and products to account - there's no supervision. The only thing YHG seems to do well is talk about how great they are.
It makes me laugh that the only 5 star review I can see is a YHG employee giving himself 5 stars, and Neil joining in on the backpatting. Unprofessional and against trustpilot rules too.
