Shocking. Fitting due tomorrow, not possible to contact ANY stores, although was assured last week that orders would be fulfilled… doesn’t look likely now my store has closed!

I am leaving a further review as 3 years ago I ordered a carpet from this company that they refused to fit as the contractor said my stairs were broken. A carpenter said there was nothing wrong with my stairs. Carpets 4 u installed a carpet with no issue at all and yet Carpetright refused to refund. I took every avenue possible but it seems in the UK companies like this can take your money and run. Please please beware of this company as they are crooks.

Ben and Keith did an excellent job fitting my carpets, in spite of having been given some incorrect information by the surveyor. They were helpful, friendly, had sensible ideas about how to get round a few difficulties and worked hard all day. Great carpet fitters.

fraud as far as I'm concerned the salesman said at my place he knew what was going on ..Now wait for a refund with no carpets down ..fuming don't co.e close...refund or at least fit the carpets for who has paid 😡

Today 27th July 2024 we went to carpetright to purchase a carpet we were greeted by Gary who gave us a lot of advice and help, customer service was amazing. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anyone
