No surprise. Promised to fulfil orders but instead chose to steal £1.8K from myself and thousands of other customers. VERY rude sales man who just said as he was losing his job I was selfish asking for a refund. Luckily paid on credit card so refund is now imminent.

Although advised date of delivery for bed and mattress,nobody turned up.no communication at all received regarding why.i constantly phoned Carpetright,Chichester for further information of when I was likely to receive them.after numerous phone calls over several days I was told Wed 24th July.I phoned yet again as I feel I had been patient long enough and was given Tuesday 23rd July which I accepted.The delivery people text me to advise they would be here between 10.30 - 1.30.then another one 11.30 - 2.30.The guys turned up at 4.45pm.on opening the base find it is the wrong ones.i ordered Orthogel 4ft6 side Ottoman wheat with material handles to operate opening and closing.i refused the whole order.I have been trying yesterday and today 8 calls to Chichester branch but with no success.i do feel with all that's happened I am entitled to a refund of £919.49.as soon as possible.many thanks.
