The engineer was punctual and was very well prepared for the job. He identified the fault quickly and explained clearly the reason for the fault to me. He described the repair he would make, how the floor tile should be replaced and when the heating could be switched on again. He also ran through operation of the device.
All in all I was very pleased with the service provided.
