My experience with Wingie was extremely disappointing.
I booked a round-trip ticket expecting checked baggage for both flights. The app interface, especially in Arabic, was very confusing and did not clearly display baggage details. I only found out that the outbound flight had no baggage after contacting the airline directly.
When I reached out to Wingie's customer service, instead of offering real help, they were rude and unprofessional. One of their replies even said, "We will throw it to them" — an unacceptable way to talk to customers.
They refused to take any responsibility, blamed me for their unclear system, and refused to offer any compensation or even a discount when I proposed buying a new ticket.
Clearly, they do not value customer trust or satisfaction.
I will never use Wingie again and strongly warn others to avoid their service.

Habe am 25.09.2024 zwei Tickets online gebucht von Istanbul nach Chelyabinsk: Pobeda DP738 01.10.2024 15Uhr20 und mit Mastercard 378,52 Euro bezahlt. Telefon und Internet Daten wurden angegeben. Mir kam keine Flugbestätigung, nichts zurück. Ich dachte ist was falsch gelaufen und nach ein paar Stunden später habe ich noch mal gebucht. Dieses mal hat die Sparkasse, die Transaktion von 427,73 Euro gesperrt. Hier bekam ich eine Nachricht von Wingie und ein Telefonanruf, das die Zahlung von 427,73 Euro nicht durchgeführt ist und wird gutgeschrieben. Gott sei Dank. Sonst muss ich noch um das Geld Kämpfen. Die 378.52 Euro habe ich bei der Sparkasse reklamiert, ohne Erfolg. Die bei Wingie akzeptieren seinen Feller nicht. Gegen unverschämte geht's immer schwer. In Istanbul mussten wir das doppelte bezahlen und zwei Nächte im Hotel warten auf den Flug. So ein Spaß mit Wingie.

I have done a payment for a ticket and after deducting from my account I recieved a notification that the ticket was cancelled and I will get an email within 24 hours
After that they confirmed the cancellation and assured that the amount will be refunded till now I didn’t get anything even their confirmation that it has been refunded and on hold process in my bank and they are lying on this and after that I have received an email saying that the refund process will be within 20 days for the debit card why they confirmed before that the amount has been refunded

No one deal with this horrible company they are manipulating as they said it’s refunded and after that they said it’s refunded and their agent requested my IBAN number to transfer it directly on it and then they sent me an email saying that check with your bank and nothing received

Avoid Wingie – One Year, But Got No Refund!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Wingie. My family's tickets (PNR Number: U6TQ4N) for our flight from London to Qatar and then Qatar to Pakistan were canceled, and despite informing Wingie management on time, I canceled our booking on the same day before the flight. Since then, I have been trying to get my refund for over a year, constantly calling and emailing them, but every time, they give the same excuse—"send us a new email." I’ve sent countless emails, but nothing has changed.
The airline itself advised me to contact Wingie for the refund, but they have refused to issue it. It is beyond frustrating, and it feels like they have just taken my money with no intention of returning it. This agency's handling of customer service is appalling, and based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid them as they don’t refund. This is nothing short of a scam!

"Misleading Charges, Scamming, Hidden Fees, and No Accountability – Avoid Wingie"
I booked a flight through Wingie and was shown a clear price in Turkish Lira (TRY), including a visible discount for using a MasterCard Credit Card (-1,098.83 TRY). I used an eligible card, yet the discount was not applied.
After completing the booking, I was charged significantly more than the amount shown with extra of 3,208 TRY (85 USD). Wingie also added extra fees (Prime Support Fee and Service Fee) that I did not select or approve. These charges were not clearly disclosed or optional.
When I contacted customer service, I received a generic response blaming currency conversion, even though the final price was presented in TRY and charged from my card as TRY and even stated in Wingie invoice in TRY. Their reply ignored the evidence I shared, including screenshots of the confirmed price, applied discount, and payment method.
This is not a technical issue — it is misleading ,scamming and deceptive. I’ve filed complaints with consumer protection agencies and will continue exposing this experience.
I strongly advise others to avoid Wingie and book through platforms that offer transparency and accountability.

⚠️⚠️ Update after Wingie's follow-up: ⚠️⚠️
Wingie informed me that the unauthorized service fees will be refunded within 10 days, and that the refund process is currently in progress. after I insisted, which shows these fees should not have been charged in the first place.
However, they completely refused to honor the MasterCard discount of -1,098.83 TRY that was clearly offered and displayed at checkout, despite me using an eligible MasterCard Credit card.
During the call, I offered to share screenshots clearly showing the discount displayed at the payment stage and proving that it was not applied in the final charge.
Despite my offer, they refused to provide an email address or any method to submit this evidence for review.
Their final statement was: "This is the only possible solution," showing no willingness to properly investigate or fairly resolve the issue.
While part of the issue was addressed, the main and most serious concern — misleading discount practices — remains unresolved.
Travelers should be cautious when trusting the prices and promotions shown on Wingie's platform.
