"Dissapointing"
A little over a year ago I bought a pair of Optoma NuForce BE Sport4 earphones - the left one has just stopped working for no particular reason. For the price a paid, I find it really disappointing. I was trying to either get support or contact customer service however all the forms on Optoma's UK website require a product serial number to be provided which I expect was provided on the packaging that I no longer have. There should be an easier way to let the company know there are issues with their products.

I could not manage to set 3D on my projector from HDMI. Customer service was very helpful (Marius) suggesting the proper settings and frame rate.

I bought a pair of wireless headphones in April 2019, about 10½ months later one ear starting buzzing for some reason or another. I wrote to Optima and they responded within half an hour, the gent who dealt with me was Liam B, he was really helpful, gave me all the details to send them back, unfortunately the COVID19 outbreak coincided so I knew it wasn't likely to be a quick turn around, however this morning only 1-1½ weeks later Liam informed me the replacements should be arriving today to my surprise. Wasn't met with resistance at any point and they provided a replacement pair of headphones, good proper customer service

"Excellent service"
Excellent service. We are a charity who had recently purchased a projector for our training courses. The technical support from Matt Hibberd for an appparent problem was friendly, very helpful and, most importantly, patient when dealing with enthusiastic amateurs. The expert guidance on fault checking 'at home' and the speed of taking the machine back in for expert testing was superb. The fault was, in fact, firmly with the "enthusiastic amateurs" but, as opposed to criticism, we received a customised video to take us through the stages when the machine was returned. All is now working perfectly.

Tried to get some answers through the contact us page on their web-site about how long they would provide replacement parts etc for a new projector (before I put down £4K). No response.

"Optima DX650 manual"
I've tried several times to obtain a manual on the web for a DX650 projector but to no avail.
Today I rang the Optoma office and was sent a copy within no time, which I really appreciated. It turns out that the manual I should have been looking for was EP752!

"Had a faulty uhz65"
Had a faulty uhz65. Purchased from Germany. The store couldn't replace the unit as they run out of stock. Called optoma support and never looked back after that. They took care of everything. Collected unit and replacement new unit was sent in no time. I thought I get my unit repaired but no they gave me a brand new unit.
As for the product amazing pictures and videos. Premium quality all around.

"Very poor customer service experience"
I’ve had my headphones for a year and a half when one of the earphones ceased to work. I contacted Optoma that replied there was nothing they can do. Luckily I had purchased my headphones through Amazon and they were more than happy to provide me with a full refund. The two companies obviously light years apart when it comes to customer service. No points for guessing which one I’ll be using over and over again.
