Dreadful, absolutely the most incompetent company out there and if you want a certificate, don't go to this shower of jokers. We have been trying to renew a certificate for 3 weeks and they just seem incapable of getting anything right, from the pricing on quotes to the billing address to crediting the units to the portal so we can renew. Breathtakingly amateur and really don't go near these clowns, hopeless.

He handled my technical issues confidently and with extensive knowledge of the issues regarding installation of Certificates. It was a refreshing experience in the world of often not-so-helpful support experiences to be had out there. Again, a really great experience and glad that DigiCert is dedicated to providing a quality level of support.

"Unresponsive and Poor Customer Support"
I have been a DigiCert customer for a long time, managing multiple certificates and an account of significant value. However, my recent experience with their Account Management team has been extremely disappointing.
I reached out with a simple request regarding my account assignment, and despite multiple follow-ups over several days, my emails have been completely ignored. Even after escalating the issue through their official platform and contacting their sales department, I have received no response at all.
This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially given the importance of SSL certificates and the urgency of renewals. A company of this size should provide reliable and responsive support, but my experience has been the opposite.
If they cannot manage basic customer inquiries, I seriously question their reliability in handling more critical issues. Very disappointed with this service.

Even though the website is very detailed, I still had some questions which were fully addressed by the sales team. Then I had some issues related to the integration of the signing software - all these were fully resolved by the support team in a 20 minutes support call.

Nachdem eine Verifizierung "schief" gelaufen ist wurde ich gebeten bestimmte Unterlagen einzureichen sobald die betreffende Marke vollständig registriert ist.
Dies geht nun nicht mehr. Das Geld wird aber auch nicht zurückerstattet das bereits vorab bezahlt wurde. Auf die Support-E-Mails kommen keine Antworten / Key-Account ignoriert einen.
Eine Erfahrung die nicht würdig ist.

We purchased a VMC certificate. Due to process issued, customer service asked me two redue the purchase. We did, the 2nd purchase was completed successful However, 2 months of countless asking for the promissed refund, talking to multiple people, writting min 10 emails later - no refund / no commitment that the refund will happen - aweful customer experiance - I advice clearly against using DigiCert!
