"DigiCert not what it used to be"
Been a long-time customer of DigiCert. Seven years ago DigiCert used to be a great company with great support, but over the past few years the prices have been going up while the customer experience has been getting worse with each year. The final drop for us was them wasting our time and blatantly lying to us, so we decided it's obviously not a company to work with anymore.

J'ai jamais vu un service aussi éclaté de ma vie en 15 ans de métier.
Leur outil DigicertUtil ne marche pas, leur site de gestion de compte Digicert One ne marche pas, sur l'autre site impossible de réémettre un certificat j'ai constamment une erreur. J'ai eu des gens du support, ils m'expliquent des trucs, que je fais, toujours les mêmes erreurs.
Franchement rien ne fonctionne et personne n'a été capable de me dépanner et de m'aider à réémettre ce certificat de code signing.
De plus on ne comprend rien de ce qu'on fait ou doit faire je vous jure c'est à se taper la tête contre les murs. C'est incompréhensible et leur doc n'aide pas.
J'espère pour vous que l'utilisateur qui a généré le certificat (et donc la clé....) ne quittera pas votre entreprise car vous ne reverrez jamais votre certificat.
Allez faire un tour sur Digicert One et Digicert et prenez des notes, en terme d'UX/UI ils ont fait tout ce qu'il ne faut pas faire en plus des nombreuses erreurs que vous rencontrerez.
Si je devais résumer mon expérience avec Digicert je dirais que c'est les 12 travaux d'Astérix. LE LAISSEZ PASSER A38

"Wow...3 days to repair their payments."
Wow...Digicert has introduced a new payment model for ssl certificates and now nothing is working...one cannot buy a certificate and when one proceeds with the payment, the payment frozes money on the account. That's tragic, when one cannot buy a product for 3 days straight - is this the speed I will be getting once I have an issue with their SSL? I would loose all my clients this way. I have reached out multiple times to their tech teams and sales teams - no discount, no solution, nada

We've been trying to get a code signing certiticate from them now for 6 weeks. Total nightmare especially given that SSL certs are money for nothing. AVOID.

Anyone who even think of buying something from them should consider the 1 star reviews of them (I was stupid to not do a basic search on trustpilot). A few hundred dollars lost to them, i wish you guys bu** in h*** scammers

They tried to upsell to something our client didn't need, and then we went through a bunch of emails that were completely unnecessary rather than just letting us make the purchase. We'll be going elsewhere - they're a waste of time.
