"Bath leaking "

Arrived on time.
Very polite and offered to remove his shoes.
Checked and showed his findings with regards to damp and moisture.
Found the source after carefully removing the side hatch to access the bath pipework.
Recorded his findings and fed this back.
Advised us to not use the bath until work is completed.
Very happy would recommend 👌

"Craig - SOS Inspection and Survey "

Craig visited our property to carry out the survey. Sadly and annoyingly we had a car breakdown on the way to the property and so we never met him in person. However we chatted and discussed the issue and events in great detail and he conducted the survey. We spoke afterwards and exchanged our opinion as to the events.

Sarah who I spoke to to arrange my appointment with SOS was very polite and helpful and even gave me information on the day of the appointment when I called her to check some details.
Joe who attended my property was very knowledgeable and ran lots of tests explaining to me what he was testing and why. Joe checked at the start of his visit what had happened which helped him take the appropriate action and he was very respectful of my property checking with me first if he was having to do other tests before doing them. Living on my own I felt very at ease with Joe being in my property too, he was very professional.

Chris Wright from SOS visited today and was very friendly and professional. He was able to detect leak quite quickly and tested water and boiler pressures . He offered an explanation for what he was doing which helped myself to understand my water system better. Was very clean and tidied everything up after him. Would highly recommend.

Chris arrived when he said he would.
He got to grips with the job within minutes and explained what he was doing.
He quickly found the leak.
To do so Chris removed some tiles very carefully from the kitchen wall without breaking them which was a great relief as I had visions of a big job of retiling.
Very neat job and no mess
Chris is obviously a very experienced operator, polite and friendly and a great ambassador for SOS LEAK detection
