We are renovating our main bathroom and en suite and it was the first time I’d ever had to make such decisions. The branch manager Stewart, and his team were excellent. Stewart gave us a personal and professionally guided sales experience. His knowledge and patience were outstanding, I needed the technical help he provided and his personal input was really helpful. The cost was fair and reasonable and the I can’t wait to see the finished rooms in a few weeks. We can’t recommend this company and team highly enough.

Visited the Aberdeen showroom to find a variety of bathroom displays which allowed us the opportunity to judge price and quality together. We were served by Deborah who had years of experience and her sound knowledge of the product range has now delivered a beautiful new shower room which we are delighted with. She also volunteered the names of installers who are familiar with their ranges and the final outcome is exactly what we wanted. Thank you very much Deborah. Will use you again if needed.

Appalling Customer Service and Unsafe Product – Avoid at All Costs

I ordered a bathroom shelf online and received a product with a serious design fault — the suction brackets do not clip securely onto the shelf. The clips are so loose they fall off completely, making it impossible for the shelf to stay in place when mounted. This makes the product not only unfit for purpose but also potentially dangerous, particularly in a household with small children, as in my case.

I contacted customer service and was dealt with by Dylan, who refused to arrange a return unless I provided a video showing the fault. This is not stated anywhere in the returns policy, and such a request is both unreasonable and unnecessary when the product is clearly defective. It felt like a deliberate attempt to delay or avoid issuing a refund.

Even after clearly describing the fault and raising concerns about safety, Dylan continued to insist on a video. I eventually filmed and sent a video showing the clip literally falling off the shelf — yet despite that, the issue still has not been resolved. There’s been no confirmation of a collection or refund, and the process has been dragging on far longer than it should.

This has been a thoroughly frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. The handling of my complaint shows a complete lack of regard for customer service, product safety, and basic consumer rights.

If you’re considering ordering from this company online, I strongly advise you to think again. I wouldn’t trust them to stand behind their products or treat customers fairly.

"Damaged wall panels and trims that don't fit."

I ordered wall panels and trims. Every tile in the box was damaged, this can happen but I contacted wholesale domestic twice in the last few weeks and I have had no response whatsoever. And the trims I ordered did not fit the wall panels. I specifically phoned my local branch to ask if they would fit to be told they would. Expensive delivery prices also.

We visited the Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh store a couple of weeks ago and ordered all the pieces for our ensuite. The sales girl Zoe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and advised on products that would work for our layout. We found the prices reasonable and the products of decent quality.

Service in shop amazing., Cant fault the help given when purchasing. All items delivered on time and all wholesale domestic products superb. No issues. However, had continuous issues with an item from third party. Although WD handled this for me, it caused a weeks delay to my plumber and I lost my slot with him. replacement came and it was damaged too. Third attempt they didnt even deliver it, still waiting on this. Despite Customer service being helpful in arranging substitute, not ONCE did they say sorry for the issues, delay or hassle I was going through. even when I mentioned that, still no apology. Leaves very bad last impression. A simple apology goes far!
