"Malisima atención al cliente para reembolso"
Compré una esim después de informarme con holafly y con samsung si mi tfno era compatible. Desgraciadamente, aunque me dijeron que si, no lo era y no lo pude instalar , siguiendo sus indicaciones.
Llevo desde el 28 de marzo intentando solucionarlo : dos chat de 1h20min y 40 min (una tomadura de pelo), 4 whatsApp y 3 email en diferentes días y siguen sin contactar conmigo.
Te dan la opción del reembolso pero luego no te responden, sin embargo no paran de enviarme propaganda a ese correo.
Conservo las conversaciones por chat, los correos y WhatsApp
Funciona muy bien para informarte y que compres pero cuando tienes un problema NADA
Sin duda la peor experiencia de atención al cliente que he tenido

Al jaren een goede klant. Maar nu ben ik echt ontevreden over hun service. Ik heb 2 Esim besteld voor Africa, en meer dan 200 euro betaald. Eén keer aangekomen in zuid Africa blijkt dat de Esim niet “alles zuid Africa en Africa” dekt. Er stond duidelijk bij de bestelling zuid Africa dekking. Na verschillende berichten en mail hebben ze zelf geen moeite genomen om een alternatief of oplossing te bieden. Teleurgesteld 😞

"Multiple issues, poor customer service"
I had issues twice, the eSim did not work when I first used it which made getting to my hotel the first night very difficult. Then they blamed me all next day before saying it was an issue on their end and fixing it. Another issue two months later where it suddenly stopped working without any change in my settings, they made me go through installing a new eSim again. Multiple days with no internet and no refund was offered for these few days.
Additionally, the signal routes through a server in Hong Kong which meant I was not able to access my work systems as it travelled through China. I also began receiving spam texts in Chinese, which means that they clearly share your data.
I do not recommend Holafly, it is very unreliable. I especially do not recommend Holafly for Japan.

Holafly provided good connection at every location I visited in Bali. I was working while visiting Bali and needed good internet for remote support of customers. Speed provided was excellent! Customer service was also excellent that helped me with an initial issue with local carrier selection. Highly recommended if you need unlimited data.
