I'm writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a substandard wardrobe received from Wakefit on April 12th. Despite promises of quality, the delivered product was unsatisfactory, including the color. Your customer service resisted my attempts for a return or replacement, contradicting your advertised policy and demonstrating unprofessional and rude behavior. Their justifications also lacked technical accuracy. Wakefit appears to be a scamming company that deceives customers. If profit is your only motive, earn it ethically instead of cheating. Consider my payment a regrettable contribution. Discovering numerous negative reviews on Reddit confirms Wakefit's poor customer treatment. While money is recoverable, your brand's reputation is being damaged. Public, exercise caution and review thoroughly before buying from Wakefit.

The mattress shrinked soon after I purchased. I’ve been after them for months to replace it but their stupid customer complaints person says what he has mugged up from the policy and hasn’t given me a solution yet. I have made the biggest mistake of purchasing from Wakefit.

I wish I could give zero to it. The wakefit has started degrading it's service status and quality.
The wakefit has become fraud, it takes money from customers but do not deliver product. And on complaint, they reply we can not do anything. I complaint several times, but wakefit is behaving ignorant and dead.
My order is ORDER202502rqwxml which has never been delivered but wakefit has refused to take action against my complaints.
This behaviour will definitely lead massive loss to your customer base, because in this digital world, you reveal yourself.

"Review: Extremely Disappointed with Wakefit – Poor Product Quality and Service"
I purchased two beds from Wakefit, and the experience has been nothing short of pathetic. One of the beds was delivered after an unacceptable delay of 25 days, with no proper updates or communication.
To make matters worse, the quality of plywood used in both beds is substandard and nowhere close to what was promised. It’s clear that corners have been cut in materials and workmanship.
Despite raising repeated complaints, I had to visit the store personally and even go to the extent of messaging the founders directly—but shockingly, there was no meaningful response or intervention from their end.
For a brand that claims to care about customer satisfaction, this has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend Wakefit to anyone looking for reliable furniture or responsible customer service.

DO NOT BUY SOFAS FROM WAKEFIT – WORST QUALITY & ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I bought a sofa from the Wakefit Gaur City store in December 2024, and it has been a nightmare ever since. They sent the absolute worst quality fabric despite me requesting a better one hundreds of times. After endless complaints, they finally replaced the sofa, and guess what? Within just TWO DAYS, the fabric started deteriorating again! Whatever garbage material they use keeps sticking to our clothes.
The sofa is still under warranty, and I’ve raised multiple tickets, but these scammers keep closing the tickets on their own, avoiding my complaints, and refusing to fix the issue. It’s been over a month, and they have done nothing to resolve this. I’m still paying EMIs for this junk, and Wakefit does not care at all! Instead of fixing the problem, they had the audacity to tell me to BUY A VACUUM CLEANER! Seriously? I bought a sofa, not a lifetime cleaning project!
The store staff are equally useless—zero help from them. Save your hard-earned money and stay away from Wakefit! Their quality is garbage, and their service is even worse. Once they have your money, they will ignore you completely. Worst experience ever!

They delivered a defective bed to me and asked me to pay to replace it. I had purchased the product on dec 25th 2024, its now march 2025 I might have had more than 25 calls with their support team, please advise anyone not to take the risk of purchasing products from wakefit

I cannot begin to express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with WakeFit's service. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has set a new standard for incompetence and unprofessionalism in the furniture industry.
I ordered a simple display unit, thinking it would be a straightforward purchase. Little did I know, I was signing up for weeks of unnecessary stress and disappointment. The delivery was delayed by more than 15 days, with no proper explanation or proactive communication from their side. Every time I reached out to their customer service, all I received were generic, copy-pasted apologies and excuses about "unforeseen circumstances." How many unforeseen circumstances can one company have? It’s clear they have no respect for their customers' time or commitments.
But the nightmare didn’t end there. After finally receiving the product, the installation was delayed by another 6 days. Again, the same robotic apologies and vague excuses. It’s as if they think saying "sorry" repeatedly will magically fix their incompetence. WakeFit’s customer service is a joke – they are completely unhelpful, unresponsive, and seem to have no intention of resolving issues or improving their service.
To make matters worse, the entire experience was filled with a lack of accountability. There was no sense of urgency, no effort to compensate for the delays, and no attempt to make things right. It’s clear that WakeFit doesn’t value its customers or their time.
If you’re considering buying from WakeFit, I urge you to think twice. There are far better brands out there that actually deliver on their promises and treat their customers with respect. Save yourself the frustration and avoid WakeFit at all costs. Their service is the worst in the market, and their excuses are even worse. Don’t make the same mistake I did – stay far, far away from this company!
