2 MONTHS AND WAITING!! Finally, after 2 months of waiting, I canceled my order. After making 25 customer service calls over the last two months, I had no choice but to cancel the order. I decided to order from Wakefit because of the good price. Only Order from Wakefit only if you are willing to wait for 2-3 months for a mattress.

I am writing this after being utterly disappointed and frustrated with Wakefit operations and customer support, and till now this has not been resolved and I have raised complaints & written to nodal officers but nothing seems to be happening, in fact services seems to be worse.

I had ordered one custom size mattress on 28 APRIL 2024. The custom mattress was delivered on May 8th which was of the wrong size. The size I reached was so small, was more than ten inches smaller than what I ordered. After coordinating with Wakefit customer support a return was arranged and along with it a replacement of the correct size mattress with a new delivery date. Little did I realise that my ordeal was just beginning. The return was not picked up for a very long time, and I had to call and check with customer support again & again. They had to send packing material to arrive at my home which took a really long time (even though I had left it in a wrapped and covered state). After the delay, finally the packing material arrived. Then after some days the return was picked up. In the meantime, the delivery of my correct size mattress kept getting delayed and the delivery date kept changing. Even after the return was picked up, there was no sign of delivery for the correct size mattress. I had to call multiple times to your customer agents just to get the same mundane scripted response, day after day, promising delivery on a renewed date just to be delayed further. Again would call your customer support just to be repeated the same script as if listening to parrots repeating their dialogues. Everytime I call they need another 24 to 48 hours just to know the update on what is going on. Your team has no idea what is going on.
I still hadn't received the correct size mattress after paying for it a month back.
Then in June 1st I received the mattress only to see that I had been sent a damaged mattress that was torn in one corner. Again, everything started all over, initiated a return. But this time I was sick of all this and just wanted a refund. It is 24th June and till now no one has come to pick up the return and there are no signs of any return pick up nor refund. I have written to their grievance department & nodal officer, but they seem to do nothing about it too. It has been two months since my initial order and I still do not have a functional mattress. The services is terrible, the return takes weeks and weeks, if not months and they LIE consistently sending false information everyday saying it will get picked up but no one will show up. I still have a damaged mattress in my house with no sign of pick up.
Why do I and my family have to suffer this inconvenience for your incompetence. I am utterly disappointed and shocked by the level of incompetence and your customer support.
How are they going to compensate me for the inconvenience the company is continuing to cause? They won’t. When will the return be picked up? Or are you going to repeat the script you have been given? I am sick of listening to their apologies and scripts.
There is no accountability.
Do yourself and your family a favor and STAY AWAY FROM WAKEFIT! WORST EXPERIENCE!

Wakefit is a company who will do all Frauds and cheat people money. They will say they will respond but after one month also you will not any response. Don't buy any product in this COMPANY WAKEFIT is fake company

All the people are fraudsters....every level....they do not have any information when asked....they're running a business with celebrity face to loot customers in the name of items....the pune local delivery partner is mafia....they do not give you delivery or any information...continuously harassing......the helpdek people are clueless...meaningless...helpless...no escalation matrix.....totally fraud company...and all the reviews in their wensite are fraud.

"Worst customer service"
Worst customer service. I booked two mattresses and it got delivered on 5th may. Product was having wrong dimension and I booked for return. This so called reputed company assigned to blue dart company. That picked item in 13th May. And i shared the acknowledgement slip for pick up. But the same matter in their website is marked as not picked up. I rates a ticked to resolve the issue. There asked for 48 hours of time. Till date 7th June,every other day there are calling and asking for 48hrs of time. Not responding properly and keep on asking 48hours. On 3rd June case manager contacted me and informed that due to technical issues it was not marked as pick up but now it's is resolved and marked as pick and your refund will be initiated with in 24 to 48 hours. I thought there are genuine and i was waiting for confirmation but again after two days that is on 5 June they contacted me asking for pick up. Till now my refund is not initiated. They are playing with middle class family like me. In fact i informed them that i purchased using credit card but they cheating and asking again and again 48 hrs. Very very bad customer service. Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest. As i took it on loan through credit card my money getting deducted from credit card payment.
They are saying trying to connect me but I'm not getting any call. They are bluffing.

"Wakefit & Flipkart is Cheater"
I have placed the order for the Wakefit three door engineer wood wardrob on 19/04/2024 on Flipkart.
The given delivery and installation date was 12/05/2024 & 14/05/2024.
Still I am waiting to order delivery.
When order not delivered on 12/05/2024 then I have escalated the issue to customer care no response then escalate to twitter but no response they just give standard reply "We will be working on it".
Now almost the moth still orders not delivered. I have wasted so much energy and time for the escalation but no use. Now after the moth Flipkart & Wakefit hold the order delivery, ask me to cancel the order and reorder same product at higher price.
Seller (Wakefit) and ecommerce platform (Flipkart) are the cheater, fraud, unprofessional & unethical in business.

"Do not order from Wakefit if you are looking for on time delivery"
I ordered for a Barcelona L shaped sofa on Apr 8th from Wakefit Velachery - Chennai and they gave me a delivery date as 18th of April. But till that date I did not get any communication from Wakefit. The next day the delivery date was changed to May 9th. I called several times and they were just paroting that Sorry for the delay and it will be delivered. I was pissed off to hear this. From the date of delivery they have extended to another two weeks.. One or two days I agree but not two weeks of wait again. I ordered for a function at home but the hall was empty when it happened. Because of this bad experience I ordered for a dining table, comforter and mattress cover from a online and received everything on time. If they have delivered on time or responded properly I would ordered all the above from Wakefit. When we reported this in the branch we purchased they told that the cancelation is open and we can cancel the order. Is this a responsible answer? will he say that if its own business. I thought they are branded but not.. even a start up will not do like this. Very bad experience. Please do not order in Wakefit if you are looking for online delivery.

My experince with the wakfit is too bad this time, they are growing so fast they forget to serve the customer better. I bought 38K product just last month and I got the redeem points of 755, store person told me i will get pilow with this amout, now they want me to order value above 5000 to use wakefit points. And also i got lot of trouble exchanging the item.

Even one star is more for these guys ..they deliver fault product and they don't even care about fixing it..and they don't take returns..they are creating health problems ..by making calls which they don't help in end .they are harmful to society and they don't know how to serve the customer

Terrible behaviour by the staff who installed the bed. He did not say thank you. He asked for a cup of water and put it down on the remains of the package cover. I asked him to put it in the trash. He made a remark to his colleague and said even we have to do this. He did not say thank you after I gave him water. He went out in defiance. Terrible behaviour. Wake fit sent an SMS saying give feedback and rate the service. But there was no link. Totally overrated. I hated their service. Don't buy from them. Terrible. Dispicable.
