"Poor service and fine quality"
I bought 2 single bed mattresses. One of them kept the same firmness but the other one got loose and distorted. It's not same anymore.
Company shows 10 years warranty for defect. I contacted after an year of purchase and they didn't accept replacement request.
The other mattress is fine and provide good sleep so I'm giving 3.
