Wakefit Mattress

"Initially"
Initially, they were good, but nowadays they are unable to manage their business properly. They lack a proper CRM system and delivery takes 30 days for custom-sized latex mattresses. They also don't have proper tracking, and Blue Dart considers them a cheap brand.

"Save Your Money! DO NOT buy!!"
The customer service experience I encountered was truly disappointing and frustrating. The customer care representative was unable to resolve my query and lacked the authority to escalate the matter to a manager. I was informed that there was no team lead available on the premises. Furthermore, I did not receive any communication regarding the expected delivery time of the product, nor was I provided with a ticket number via text or email.
In a time when India has achieved remarkable feats like landing on the moon, it is disheartening to witness reputable companies struggle to fulfill a basic product delivery over the course of months. Such a situation is nothing short of exasperating. Particularly disheartening is the fact that a well-regarded company like Wakefit is associated with such subpar customer care.
It appears to be a recurring pattern that once companies attain a certain level of growth, their attention shifts away from prioritizing customer care—a trend that ultimately leads to their downfall. A prime example of success, Amazon, owes much of its triumph to its exceptional customer service.
Regrettably, the management, including individuals like Ankit and Chaitanya, seem to have taken a backward step by neglecting to invest time and effort into delivering quality customer service. Despite the claims of over 800,000 satisfied customers displayed in Google search results, the reality of poor logistics management and dismal customer care paints a contrasting picture. It is imperative that substantial improvements are made to the customer care system before more customers find themselves facing similar frustrating experiences.
Rating the experience with zero stars across all categories is a testament to the profound disappointment felt. Instead of tarnishing its reputation by associating with brand ambassadors like Ayushman Khurana, the company would be better served by directing investor resources toward enhancing the overall customer experience. It is regrettable that Ayushman Khurana, as the brand ambassador, isn't exposed to the inadequate service provided to customers.
My interaction was handled by Manohar.A. The ticket ID associated with my concern is #1560579, and I am genuinely appalled by the abysmal level of customer service I have received.

"Horrible experience"
Horrible experience. Don’t buy from them. They are unable to deliver by promised date. We were told cancellation and refunds can be done only after we reject delivery (whenever that happens and they cannot guarantee revised delivery dates). So , after paying cold cash for a mattress and locking our money, we have to wait around and be at their mercy without options until whenever they show up. We shopped at their CIT NAGAR CHENNAI branch. No one answers phone calls either there or in Bangalore. We had to spend time and visit in person. Stay away from these guys. - Raj Rajendran Chennai.

"Pathetic experience"
I wish I had seen the reviews. I have no idea how this brand is even getting orders. Probably people like me get sucked on online delivery of economical furniture. Had a very very bad experience and swearing off this brand. Extremely pathetic service. You'll lose you peace of mind after you get the first call of delivery and it'll continue till the product is delivered a month or two later. Even after you have the product, it's quality is really bad and you'll regret not going the local way.

"Bad design of wake(un)fit"
I used (Not now) to like the make of wakefit products a couple of years back and their service. Their products & service have gone to dogs. You won't find a review page to give feedback coz they are afraid of feedbacks and probability of a situation to help customer the value for the money they ate from customer.
I bought an office Chair, which costed me close to 8k after their illogical discount from 14k, is not designed well. The headrest was causing me pain at my neck the designer had no brains. The cushion is sticking out at least 2" disallowing you to rest your head back comfortably and forces you to keep your neck bent. Hours of sitting on that impossible. The arm rests are so wide you start getting shoulder pain.
The worst is the kind of conversation I have had with the so called customer support who cannot think outside the box to be considerate to customers. I gave them option for replacement at extra charge basis for a different chair. They would not give in a bit. I spoke to 4 different people and they all are same who go by the policies. I have to dump this chair waste of 8k. Dismantling the headrest will leave screw holes open looking ugly. Same with armrest.
Do Not buy wakefit products if you want to really wake fit

"Worst shopping experience ever..."
I would like to share my extremely unsatisfactory experience with the recent purchase of the Dreamer 3+2 Sofaset from your Gurgaon outlet (MG Road) on 22nd April. When I made the purchase, I was assured that if I paid upfront, the delivery could be made within 7 days as I needed the sofaset urgently. However, despite continuous follow-ups and reassurances from your customer service representatives and department manager, the delivery was delayed until 6th May. This delay was inconvenient and contradictory to the initial promise made to me.
Furthermore, the delivery experience was a nightmare. The sofaset was delivered to my residence late at night, around 9 PM, by a hurried delivery agent who seemed in a rush to complete the delivery and move on to the next one. As a result, we were given very little time to thoroughly inspect the sofaset. To my disappointment, the next morning, I discovered that one of the legs was broken, and the fabric had been torn from multiple places, as evident in the attached images.
I contacted the store manager, who acknowledged that this quality issue was not isolated and other customers had faced similar problems due to internal logistics and other issues. The manager apologized for the inconvenience caused and assured me of a full refund, which was initiated on 7th May.
However, despite numerous calls and assurances, the sofaset remains in my possession, occupying space and blocking the funds I had paid for its purchase. Each time I inquire about the pickup date, I receive the same response that it will be resolved within the next 48 hours. A sofaset is not an item that can be easily packed and stored, and the blocked funds prevent me from making an alternative purchase.
I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with this entire shopping experience. The lack of coordination and clarity between your online and offline teams has left me perplexed and clueless about the status of my refund and the pickup process. Overall this was the worst shopping experience I ever had and I will urge all customer to be careful with their promises and marketing gimmicks.

"Avoid buying wakefit storage beds"
Avoid buying wakefit storage beds. They come with poor quality thin PP sheets as storage base which are not even affixed to the bed. Those are simply laid on the floor. Also those don't cover the frame completely so all dust comes in. And the PP sheets are so thin that you can even push your nail in it. With even 5kgs of load those can crack. Extremely disappointed with wakefit storage bed quality
