"Pathetic After Sales Service by Wakefit"
My wife purchased a star gaze recliner from wakefit. First of all, the product was delivered after 1 month (while it was promised in 20 days). After 3 days, the recliner stopped working (nails started coming out). I immediately called the wakefit customer care and they asked me to send the pictures & videos. After sharing, they acknowledged the issue and promised to pickup the faulty recliner within 48 hours. It's been 10,days now and no one has come to pickup the product. PATHETIC SERVICE. PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS BRAND. YOU WILL REGRET. THEY ARE JUST LOOTING MONEY FROM PEOPLE.

I ordered Mattress from wake fit (Orthopedics memory form mattress).
I returned3 times but did not get the proper size and good quality. I was suffering from back pain due to this mattress. I again return this mattress on 12 Mar 2023 but no one calls me to return the mattress and money. I follow a daily basis but they replied to me please allow us 48 hours every time. they have very poor service was provided by wake fit.

I am the most avid shopper on Amazon and I must say that buying a bed from Wakefit was the most regretted purchases I have ever done on Amazon. Not only I completely lost the trust in Wakefit but also decided to take this matter to National Consumer Court. Even after 8 days of purchasing, I haven't received the bed and my payment is stuck.
I ordered this bed on 5th March and the estimated delivery date was between 9-13 March. Its already 13th March midnight and still not delivered. The current update on Amazon is that expected delivery date is between 14-17 and if I do not receive the bed by then I can file for a refund on 18th March which is 10 days from the date of Purchase.
( I could have bought this bed from a local market in 30 minutes)
Since the orde date I started getting these annoying calls from Wakefit customer service that your shipment has been docketed and the estimated delivery date is 13th March (Which I knew already from Amazon Order Status). However there was no further tracking information available.
I spoke to Amazon customer care once delivery was failed and they couldn't help me either saying that this is Seller fulfilled order and they do not have any control. This was really surprising for me.
This whole transaction became so frustrating and I totally regretted my choice. One of the Wakefit customer care agent told me that their warehouse is in Okhla New Delhi which is hardly 20 kms away from my home and still they couldn't able to deliver it on time.
I wouldn't recommend to buy anything from Wakefit.

Bought a lounge sofa from them about a year ago. Sofa was making a squeaky noise, sent them videos. Still they were not convinced with the issue. Had two issues once when i ordered a bed it was not aligning correctly. Second product with Sofa that should explain the quality of their furniture. Customer support will try to deny your claim so its useless buying their product.

Worst customer service, I have ordered meters projector, it received shorter than mentioned size. I contacted to customer service but they didn't do anything apart from requesting images 20 times.

The reviews on their websites are filtered. They show only good reviews. Even after ordering the product, you will not get any tools to directly publish reviews. Cheat return policy.
Better buy from Amazon.

Ordered (Order Id # ORDER2022067qX0xR) a mattress on June 13 for a sick patient and the delivery date was June 17. The mattress was not delivered. When I contacted the support, he told that the mattress is still under manufacturing and I was asked to wait for 72 Hrs (3 days). When contacting now again, the support says the order is still under manufacturing and just copy pastes the same wait for 72 Hrs non-sense. There is no reason given for the delay and no new delivery date was given. Non-professional and worst service. Pathetic customer support. Highly disappointed.

"Best in Quality & Affordability in Mattress"
I have recently purchased few more mattresses from them after my initial purchase. The quality of mattress to price is surreal and no other competitor comes close to this price or this quality at this price. The delivery and handling was smooth from their end. I recommend anyone looking to buy mattress to have a look at Wakefit mattresses once before looking at other mattresses.
