Pathetic Service, they took 18 days to deliver the mattress, that too in a metro city (Bangalore).
Not only that, but the mattress is also not that great.
1-inch of latex is being advertised but it's a curvy latex layer that is mostly 0.5 to 0.6 inch only.

"Very bad experience with Wakefit Office chair"
I had good experience with the experience center However my experience is very bad after purchasing the Office chair (Wakefit Gravita High Back Office Chair

We purchased two chairs exactly of same Model, it got delivered after 10 days of order, After I open the box, I had surprise that one chair was with bubble rap packing and other was not.
The Other chair was missing the screws also for the assembly. Later I realized that they shipped a used or demo chair. (It was written as second sale in the box)
I had to follow-up with customer care to replace the one problematic chair, it was replaced after 12 days.
After assembling the chairs, I found that, both chairs of same Model are not lifting to Same size.
Again I followed up with customer care, initially they sent a carpenter to my home to check, the carpenter sent by them was unable to fix and he confirmed that due to product Manufacturing issue both chairs cannot be lifted to same size and some parts need to be replaced.
Post that Customer support team mentioned that faulty part will be replaced in 10-12 days. But after some days again customer support calling me informed that it is not a Manufacturing defect. The chair is not having height issue. Customer support is not able to answer how two different chairs can have different height if there is no defect.
Also Not sure why wakefit is not trusting the feedback from carpenter sent by them and if they are not actioning based on carpenter sent by them why they need to send him to my home to waste customer time.
Other than the height issue, the chair is having Arm rest issue also. The height control button in broken where the screws are fixed. Customer support is saying this problem is because of user defective and replacement will be provided on chargeable basis. But it was like that when I received the product itself. If they think it is broken because of usage within a month, then we can think the quality of the product.
After spending 9000 rupees for a chair, I feel horrible experience with Wake fit.
Other products like bedsheet are good with Wakefit but really need to think before buying a chair or furniture from them as they will not do any quality check before delivering the product. So it will be just waste of money and time. As there is no Quality check from them before dispatch, they will put the loss on customer as it is “Do it yourself” products.

"Fraud company Wakefit"
I ordered mattress from Wakefit.co, it cost me 12 thousand rupees. I was suppose to get my delivery 5 days ago i have not received my item. Upon chatting with them on there website everyone gives same response that they will deliver it today! No one calls, no one is ethical, they dont care about you! They are just a fraud! Every day i am chasing them! I would recommend not to purchase anything from this company!

"The first time and the last I am buying…"
The first time and the last I am buying from Wakefit
I was totally disappointed form my first purchase from Wakefit and it's not even about the quality, it's the very fundamentals of customer service that's missing from Wakefit's business model. There are 2 main issues that I faced:
1. Fake Offers: I was supposed to get 10% additional discount on my IDFC First Bank Credit card as marketed on Wakefit website and as per the order page this discount should apply on Bank OTP page. I did not get that and I have been following up with support and all they reply with is give us 48 more hours. It’s been 10 days now, no movement so I was lied to. (check the screenshots)
2. Misleading/Unclear Instructions: I ordered a queen size bed followed by a queen size mattress. Now I am a first time buyer of bed/mattress online so I selected queen size bed and naturally assumed it would be the same size (there was no pop up on website recommending checking the size). I received the bed and the mattress and then realized, it’s 6 inchs small, I immediately called and created requests for replacement with correct size. I soike to 7-8 customer service reps on this and all I ever heard was “as per our policy, once delivered we can’t replace/cancel the order” though I hadn’t even used the mattress yet. Who has such policies? It’s just insane.
Anyway I tried to follow-up and get these issues resolved but to no avail and realised I am just wasting my time, so I have to live with these mistake. The mistake of buying from Wakefit. I feel cheated, it feels like Wakefit had a one night stand with me and disappeared the next morning! Well maybe disappeared for good, so yes the first and the last buy from Wakefit! Thank you!

"Bad policies, worse support system, worst products"
They keep delaying products, deliver bad products and when one raised complaint they just put all their faults under blanket calling them policices. My bed has been delayed by 15 days already and they still can't deliver it and can't do anything becuase policies. They had sent misaligned cupboards and they can't replace only fix them because policies.

Such a bad delivery and support they have.
Went to the showroom and ordered a TV wall mount unit. Delivered without the screws, installation guy came after 3-4 days of delivery. When informed the support. No help.
They do not have refund, replacement or on-time or quick resolution. I already waited for 10 days and now they are asking me to wait for another 10 more days. Do not buy anything from them. At least if you are buying through Amazon, amazon will be accountable.

Ordered one bedsheets, but not delivered on scheduled time, always changing their dates, if they don't have product then it should be out of stock while booking. Very bad service by wakefit .don't buy anything and don't trust also

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wakefit, and I feel it's essential to share my frustration with potential customers. I purchased a product with the expectation of prompt delivery, but unfortunately, the entire process has been riddled with false promises and unresponsive customer support.
When I initially placed my order, I was told that the product would be delivered within 5 days. However, as the supposed delivery date approached, the delivery timeline was extended multiple times without any substantial explanation. The most recent update pushed the delivery date from the promised 22nd of November to the 25th, leaving me without the product I eagerly anticipated.
What's even more disheartening is the lack of transparency and genuine communication from Wakefit's customer support. When I reached out to inquire about the delay, the responses I received were generic and seemed like pre-written templates, providing no real insight into the actual issue. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't value clear communication with its customers.
Moreover, after making the purchase, the store personnel became unresponsive, adding to the overall feeling of neglect as a customer. It's disconcerting that post-purchase support is practically nonexistent.
I expected a reputable company like Wakefit to uphold its promises and provide a seamless buying experience, but unfortunately, my experience has been anything but positive. The false promises, unexplained delays, and lack of genuine communication from customer support have left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of Wakefit. I hope others take heed of my experience before deciding to make a purchase from this company. To my wonder, one of the customer executives responded that manufacturing would be done after order placement which is really shocking. they are just looting money.

The customer service experience I encountered was truly disappointing and frustrating. The customer care representative could not resolve my query and made the wrong promises. Return and replacement do not exist. so it is a waste of money when we are purchasing by wake fit. Should not purchase from here.

This company is a scam. After the product is sold, forget about installation, warranty and all other fancy promises they make before purchase. They will not even pickup your calls. No response to emails
