"Last minute reservation, saved my wedding!"

3 days before my wedding, a different shuttle company canceled our reserved trip. I called metropolitan shuttle, and they were extremely helped, immediately providing quotes and information on a replacement. All questions were answered promptly, and they were able to save my wife's and I special day.I would be recommending metropolitan shuttle to anyone who asks going forward. Jamie Arthurs was very helpful and diligent in finding a bus for us. He was unable to locate a school bus but was very helpful in replacing the request with a coach bus. We were happy with the results. The driver came an hour early and was very polite.

First, Norbert was kind and quick to respond to any of my questions prior to the event. On the day of he gave me the number and name to the driver who would be picking us up. After the event had ended Sunny, our driver, was kind and patient with us. A few people, myself included, was running behind and forgot somethings and he waited on all of us to get out things before he took off. We really enjoyed the whole experience and my family was so grateful for this service that we provided.
