Worst company and customer service by far. They constantly over charge you, when you finally speak to somebody they promise to get things sorted out. Never happens, when you try and call back the number isn't a proper format or no longer in service. Don't waste your time and and go elsewhere for a terminal.

I was very impressed with the service and their service fees. I only wished I had them for the 15 prior to switching to them.

I appreciated the email notification at the end of business each day. I never did business with another business that provided me that service.

I highly recommend this company for your small or large businesses, they will look after you and not charge an arm and a leg for their impeccable service.

Michelle Wade is a rockstar goddess. She responses to emails and phone calls promptly. She will also call back until she contacts you.
She has the best attitude, she does what she says and more. I’ve never… seriously….never had customer service like this before. If there is an issue, whether it’s an ishme (my issue) or an ishyou (their issue) itis taken care of with a smile.
She is attentive, patient and resourceful. She knows her job! If her boss is reading this give her a raise… a big one. I was leaving your company until Michelle answered my frustrated inquiry one day. She fixed everything the others said they would and didn’t.
I realize a specific review is the best but the issues I would refer to wouldn’t be relevant to others. Michelle is the common denominator so she gets the 5 ⭐️ review. If there was a 10 ⭐️ she would get it.

I have been trying to change my banking info for three week since I've change my business to an incorporated business. Michelle was the first person in three interactions who actually listened and offered to help me and see the process through. She sent me the documents while I was on the phone and I finally feel like this process is moving ahead.
