LG booked an appointment for my inwarranty dishwasher - 9.30 to 10.30 am. Then received a text to say it was between 2.30 and 4.30 pm. Called them and asked for a callback - 6 hours later they called back and would not answer why it took so long to call back - they said if I had just waited in the q they would have answered sooner. Terrible service.
