"Fab Chair & so much fun"

Fab customer services, brilliant power chair and so much fun: much faster than my Livewell Auto Fold, and despite not being auto fold it folds so much easier and quicker than my auto fold power chair.

I wanted to wait a few weeks before leaving any feedback as wanted to try this power chair on assorted surfaces first and have to say it does what it was advertised to do; we have been to Beamish, which if anyone knows Beamish the grounds are not even and the roads a tad steep and had no problems at all, and have been on holiday to Scotland and again no problems. It is not perfect as is heavier than my Livewell Auto Fold but can live with that, and have had a couple of occasions with very uneven / rocky ground catching the “off button” near the battery and the chair switching off but now aware of this and hubby just flips the switch back on, which he can reach with ease with me still in the chair. Only other thing it does not always like turning left when the speed is on its lowest but turn the speed up and no problem, just be aware you have turned the speed up inside, especially if in a restaurant or shop – have “clattered” in to more than one restaurant table but lucky, as yet, have remembered to turn the speed down in shops

I bought the extra seat pad and am pleased I did as chair looks good with red seat pad and back on a pink chair but also gives me a little extra height as have long legs

I I purchased a scooter deliver within three days I found it the scooter too small for myself had to return it the help they gave me in return. It was 10 out of 10. Couldn’t fault him in anyway.
