We’ve just had our windows fitted by Chris and Martin. Very happy with the triple glazed windows . The house feels so much warmer and quieter now. Excellent workmanship and they left the house spotlessly clean. Brackenwood were recommended to me by family who were also very pleased with their work . I recently had the pleasure of working with Brackenwood Company for two projects: the installation of our conservatory and a dog flap. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their service! I certainly would recommend Brackenwood from the time of sale and survey to the finish they delivered exactly what we wanted and at a high standard which we were promised, Lee and Jonny did a great job always on the job when they said they would be, and answered any questions or queries we had, and then the plaster finish by Matt was done really well, so in all really satisfied

"We've used brackenwood several times"

We've used brackenwood several times, initially we got all our windows done, which we were very happy with. Recently we just had our extension done with large bi-fold doors and windows. Leroy & Kayne were our installers and they went above and beyond in also repairing some trim on other doors that were damaged during the extension work.

It seems many builders will tell you "all the windows come from the same place, brackenwood is too expensive, just order cheap ones". We made this mistake when doing our loft conversion and the cheaper windows had definately not come from the same place. The quality was noticably lower than brackenwood.

Brackenwood might be more expensive, but their quality and after sale service is top notch.

Had issues with the fitting of our windows but to be fair Brackenwood did sort this and kept in touch, albeit a month or so before sorted.
There are small blemish like spots on our front window inside the glass - only visible at an angle (apparently told this is normal so may not be a Brackenwood issue)
Triple glazing has made the room a little warmer but we are disappointed with the noise - no reduction at all - a real shame as this was something we were hoping for

"Leaking walls & roof"

Conservatory was £50k, built before I moved in. Transferred the guarantee which is tantamount to useless as doesn't cover labour costs!! Got a lovely big leak which they tried to blame on gutters not being cleared, which I finally proved wasn't the case. Gutters are also useless, too small, they gave me a stick and said to clear with that can't even access the gutters. Useless.

I recently had windows installed, and the entire experience was beyond fantastic! It started with Luke from sales management, who made me feel incredibly comfortable from the first interaction. Luke welcomed me to the beautiful showroom, where he took the time to go over every detail, ensuring all my needs were met—and even exceeding them. His warm and professional demeanor instantly put me at ease, and I knew I was in good hands.

Once we moved forward, the installation process was just as impressive. Two gentlemen from the installation team called Vasilis and Mark Pugh were absolutely amazing—friendly, courteous, and highly professional. They explained the process thoroughly and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Throughout the installation, their precision and attention to detail were outstanding. They respected my home, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless once the job was done.

What really made this experience exceptional was the overall sense of care and commitment from the entire team. Luke went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my choices, and the installers followed through with the same level of dedication. It’s rare to find such a blend of quality, professionalism, and genuine customer care, and I’m so grateful for the incredible work they did.

"BRACKENWOOD INSTALLERS"

We have had a leaky 35 year old conservatory replaced by Brackenwood Ltd, using the original base with new conservatory with slate Tapco tiles, job took 4 days as scheduled, plasterer expected next week to plaster ceiling. The installers, Johnny, Heath, Darren and Neil. Prompt, polite, professional, knowledgeable, no shortcuts and nothing too much trouble - thanks guys, superb job!
