"Excellent Company"

Asked a Brackenwood sales rep. to come and quote for new windows and doors. He was very professional and understood what style we wanted. Quote was accepted and we have now had these fitted. The two fitters, Alex and Colin, were excellent and certainly knew their job very well. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they explained what they were doing each day they were with us. We are so pleased with the installation. Windows and doors look amazing. Thank you Alex, Colin and to everyone at Brackenwood for a very professional service.

The products are good,but expensive.we bought new windows. The two window fitters Colin and Alex were very professional and very meticulous. They finished the windows erection much earlier than the time frame given. Good company.

Bought windows a few years ago and have been on them to fix 2 windows to no avail ever since. One doesn't even close and is a danger hazard. The window sealant peels away and is not long lasting also. Filled out the form they asked and have waited over 8 weeks plus the time since we first contacted them (they mention not to contact them within the 8 weeks). Very upset & disappointed with the after service care of their customers.
