"Aluminium Bi-fold Doors"

I recently had two sets of bi-fold doors installed, one of which involved removing the wall below a window.
From the quote by Brian Evans to the install the communication was fantastic, Brackenwood let me know what was happening and timescales at every point. The price point was very fair and when I visited the showroom they were really helpful and showed me the choices I would have ref handles etc.
The installation was great, I had a new deck and floor fitted not that long beforehand and Alex and Colin (the install team) took great care to ensure nothing was damaged. They took time to explain how best to care for my doors and refitted my skirting boards around the new opening. The doors themselves are of great quality, open seamlessly and have made a huge difference to the rooms. I would highly recommend Brackenwood, they were professional, polite and helpful.

We had 6 windows and a door fitted today, when we went too brackenwood they gave us a no obligation quote and were extremely helpful in either listening to what we wanted and suggesting good alternatives where necessary. The quality of the windows and door locks are better than I expected, the fitting team (ant) and (Jim) 2 fitters with 20 years experience were extremely professional, quick and very neat in their work I was in awe at how easy they made it look doing such great work and so efficiently they are a credit to brackenwood I would highly recommend using this company very satisfied.

From our first phone call to installation the service was highly recommendable. We had 2 really nice guys Leroy and Keane fit all the windows and doors. They were methodical clean tidy workers. Would highly recommend the quality of the windows and doors. Thank you Brackenwood.

Broken promises:
During my fit they stepped on and cracked my garden tap. Fitter was quick to apologise but management and sales person were slow to react. They tried to “fix” it twice over several months after the fit by soldering the joint. Tap hasn’t work properly despite their efforts. After their two attempts I asked them to replace it and they were quick to distance themselves and to refuse liability. Disgusted at their lack of professionalism and at the broken promises of the sales rep (Mike)

"New front Door installation"

We used Brackenwood in 2020 to install our solid conservatory roof and they did an amazing job so when we needed a new front door they where are first port of call. From the first appointment they listened to what we wanted and gave us a price instantly. Ordering was easy and installed earlier than expected (bonus). Colin came to install the new door highly professional and tidy. Did a great job and made sure everything was satisfactory before he left. Would highly recommend Brackenwood and will be returning in the future for any requirements for doors, windows. Thank you.

"DO NOT CHOOSE BRACKENWOOD FOR YOUR WINDOWS"

I have recently renovated my property and chose Brackenwood for the new windows which cost around £13,500.00 .
The product is good but delivery and installation has been diabolical.
I have been left out of pocket due to poor installation , frustrated and depressed.
I wish I have seen that 35% of Trustpilot reviews were negative before my choice.
Give your hard earned money to somebody else.

I had a lovely lady called Natalie come and look at my windows and doors and she had a natter and went threw prices. Lovely lady and what I liked about brackenwood is she was not a pushy Sales lady.and I've spoken to a few of them
I had 5windows.patio door and front door replaced.lovely job done. The patio doors had been leaking and i had bodged this to stop water getting in.the windows where rubbish and our home was cold.the boys worked hard.2days and all was finished.now my house feels so warm
Would deffantly recommend.
