I recently bought a new house and was told by a friend to have the property checked before I moved in. I thought they were joking as I didn't think I would need to as it was a brand new house.
my friend recommended N.H.Q.C as he had used this company himself. he told me they were very professional and did a great job.
I decided I would contact them and arrange a visit to my new house.
I am so pleased I did as there were several faults they found when carrying out their inspection. they were very thorough and very professional.
if I hadn't had this check done I dread to think how much these faults would have cost me.

We have recently used the services of NHQC for a snagging report on our new home. We moved in and with all the excitement didn’t take a good look around and do the checks we maybe should of done on our new home demo. How-ever having been in the house for a couple of months now things started to come to light with the list starting to grow. We looked online at a few company’s but felt that the NHQC’s website was full of information which gave us confidence that they were a company with knowledge. Firstly we downloaded there free snag tick sheet which we must say was a great help. With the tick sheet identifying lots of issues we would never of seen without it we felt we had to get a professional in to do a thorough check as my wife was starting to get really disheartened with the whole thing. We gave NHQC a call and we booked a full inspection. Within 48hrs a gentleman called John came to see us and started to work straight away he was very polite and after asking him some initial questions we started thinking that this was definitely the right thing to have done. John was at our home for about 4.5 hrs he had a lot of specialist tools that we haven’t seen before but was happy to explain what they were all for. What I did like about him was he answered any questions we asked him throughout the time he was at our house. When we say we were overjoyed that we took on the services of NHQC, we mean even if John did find some what scary issues that we couldn’t believe we were living under, we were just happy that they were identified before it became potentially very costly or even very serious to the point one of us got injured. Thankfully the issues we had have all now been rectified by the site management team and my wife and I can start to enjoy our new family home. I highly recommend the services of NHQC to anybody who even has the slightest concerns as John found things we would never of seen. David & Charlotte

I recently purchased a new property in South Wales and a friend of mine who had previously used NHQC told me it would be a good idea at looking into getting them to survey my new home. He directed me to their Facebook page, through that I was able to see what was involved in their snagging surveys and also put through to their main website which had even more information on what was involved. I went ahead and booked them in, which was very easy too do and the man I spoke to was very helpful in answering all of my questions.
When they came they got straight too it and In minutes they had spotted things that an untrained eye would not see. They took a total of 5 and a half hours and found 121 snags. Once the survey was complete they explained some of the more serious issues, giving reasons for why it was as it was, and how it should of been done properly.
I received the whole complete survey the next day and was very pleased with how professional it looked, it was upsetting that I had poor workmanship carried out in my new £275,000 home, but I was happy that I could now get what I paid for put right!
I took this survey to the site office at the development and the Site manager had all of the work put right in under two weeks.
In all I’m very happy with how NHQC has helped me get what I paid for and think they are very good value for money, they said it could of cost me hundreds in the future if these issues weren’t corrected immediately and not left to develope into bigger problems. Very happy customer! 5/5
