Johnny came and did my snagger report. He was very professional, friendly and provided a great service. The report was received very quickly all round a great service and one I would recommend to family and friends.

Orlando inspected our new build and I can't recommend enough, very thorough and professional report. Spent about 3 hours really going through everything.

Don't listen to the developers when they try to discourage a snag because Orlando picked up issues that are very easily missed to the untrained eye.

Great service from start to finish. John booked us in quickly and Orlando was extremely thorough and explained the issues he found in his inspection in detail. We received the report the morning after our inspection and were happy with it. Definitely recommend using this company for peace of mind when buying a new build.

Review of the property carried out quickly and report delivered a few days later.

I paid £400 for the snagging survey but the service stops at that point and I'm left to try to figure out what the snag items were with the site manager. Emails to dicuss the snags was ignored. Very disappointed with the poor level of communication. Reports themselves were very vague and doesn't clearly identify the issues. Some minor snags reported turned out to be incorrect and more critical problems like out of tolerance door gap and flooring was missed.

"Good comms at first but ignore you after you pay"

Good comms at first and are flexible to accommodate you during your first week after completion. We found that there were quite a lot of snags missed off their report which I questioned them about however they ignored my email and my chaser. When dealing with the contractors visiting we found that there are quite a few ‘buffer’ snags to pad out the report, such as ‘stiff door handles which are difficult to open’ which I know were never even opened because I was in the kitchen working the entire duration of the visit.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend. You have 2 years to fix any snags you find and customer support from your developer is usually excellent anyway. After you’ve paid the money to New Homes Quality Control they ignore your emails anyway so really there no point. Don’t fall for the company’s high social media profile.

We had a very poor job done by one of the snaggers after complaining about this is was rectified the following day after complaint. Very swiftly handled and was told we would get the house re snagged by a different person will update after the next snag is done on the house but very happy with the way the complaint was dealt with.
