Outstanding quality of service, rarely seen these days. Friendly, professional, quick, informative, checking every single corner and pointing out the issues at the house that even you could barely see in daylight! If you're wondering whether to choose it or not, look no further - you will be satisfied with the result. Do not tolerate builders who give you a house full of issues, they must maintain quality, thats what all people want, especially first-time buyers! Highly recommend.

"Not a well run company like it’s advertised on social media! "

After having a conversation with this company over the phone about getting our new build snagged it sounded very promising. He stated we would receive and email with prices etc. which we did however, after this email there was no further reply. We were ignored several times which added to the stress of moving. I had replied to the email stating exactly what the property was like, location etc and we had no reply and were left to arrange another snagging company to carry out the work. This company is very good at using social media to promote their company however, if you cannot keep up with work/needs of customers, at least be honest and state you cannot carry out the work rather than ignoring customers. Very very unsatisfied with this company.

Gino came and was fantastic, Thorough inspection and a brilliant report. There is no way you could pick up on the snags without expert knowledge. This is money very well spent and is also reassuring that your home has been built to proper standards!

"Must have inspection for new builds"

Seen New Home Quality Control on Social Media so after taking the plunge buying a new build apartment, I knew I had to get an inspection. My inspector Helen was fantastic and couldn't believe the attention to detail she had during the inspection. Luckily my apartment was at a good standard without too many issues, but Helen helped identify Snags I would not have noticed myself. I received a detailed report the next day which I was able to send straight to my homebuilder to resolve. Would definitely recommend and is a must if buying a new build.

We had a short time frame to secure a snagger and NHQC were able to get us booked in straight away. Communication was great and we were well informed throughout the process. Orlando was able to find a lot of key issues that we wouldn't have and because of this our house will be in perfect condition! Highly recommend.
