Booked in advance when I didn’t have a completion date for the house. The team were accommodating when it come to changing dates as completion got closer. Will came out to our home pre completion but after the CML checks. His eye for detail was really impressive and I appreciated him explaining some of the issues at the time and taking time to point them out to the site manager in a respectful way.

"Minor and major snags missed"

In terms of arranging the snag, I cannot fault this company as they were nothing but accommodating. We arranged our snag for completion day so flexibility was required in case we didn't get the keys on time.

Our snag report was fairly short which we were over the moon with originally. It had a couple of major snags and we do not regret getting the snag done however a lot was missed - some fairly small snags e.g. damaged sink however bigger snags were also missed such as our bathroom floor being unlevel by a significant amount.

We had Lee come over so I cannot comment on what everyone else is like. Lee was lovely but like I say, quite a few minor things were missed a long with a few major bits. We almost got in touch to request to have another inspection but we didnt in the end.

Recently booked NHQC to carry out snagging of our new build 1 bedroom flat. Tony was our snagger, he was really friendly and polite. He carried out a thorough inspection and then went through each of the points with us after so we understood. We got the full report the next day and it was very clear with each point backed up by a NHBC regulation to make it indisputable. There were a few amendments and additions we wanted to make to the report a few days after and Tony was more than happy to help, being very responsive by text. He had also done some further research after the inspection into one of the snag items and the regulation it related to, adding the additional information into the report.

Overall it's definitely worth the price, even for piece of mind that there are no major issues with the property. Would definitely recommend NHQC and Tony.
