Joe picked up on over 100 snags - not only was it super convenient for us, but also 90% of these we would have never picked up on ourselves! The report (with images and text/circled areas) was amazingly built and sent to us within 24 hours !

Sorry its a bit late, moved into a new build on the wirral , was highly recommended this firm and the reviews were spot on , whot a fantastic bit of advice to get a new build inspection, everyone buying a new build should get one, it's not just the things you can see ,it's the things these guys uncover whot you can't see , especially in the first 2 years ,while the builders are responsible, a mortgage survey , just doesn't cut it , that's why some bad reviews are mainly after the first 2 years, a small price to pay for peace of mind ,the best Money you will ever spend, thanks Lee , Orlando and the team .

Amazing service.
I had to ammend my dates due to delays in building works and then last minute being told we were getting keys. We then.got told we only had 7days to give a list of cosmetic damage. Sent an email Friday night and I had a phone call within the hour who fit me in the next day AMAZING!!!.
Troy came out to us and explained in simple terms what he does and what happens. We got the report on Monday and was simple to read with pictures and an explanation of each snag.

Booked these guys to snag my new build. Had Cameron round to complete and what a pleasure it was to have him complete the works. He was professional in every aspect, respected my property. Was on time and answered every question I asked with no hesitation. I would/will be 100% using this company again.

I saw their videos on TikTok and thought, when buying my own home that I’d use them if they came to the South Coast. Organising the inspection was easy. Communication from Lee was clear throughout. I had to change my date of completion at short notice and therefore change my inspection date which was no trouble for the company at all. They sent me a time for inspection through via text the day before. On the day, Joe arrived on time. He inspected thoroughly and explained everything clearly to me. The report was sent out 48 hours later and was easy to understand with photo of each snag. Many of these snags were things I would never have noticed. Thank you!

"Outstanding service"

Had my inspection for my first home in Coventry today and I could not be happier with New Homes Quality Control.

Firstly, the customer service was 11/10. He took the time to explain important information I should know regarding my new property as well as pointing out the more serious issues identified and gave me tips on how to negotiate with the builder to ensure I get the issues remediated.

His inspection found over 200 issues. The attention to detail was really good and it was nice to see somebody caring about the quality of the work that they set out to do (unlike the builders of my house).

This inspection was worth every single penny. Form seeing the work that was done I can confidently say that if there are any issues to be found then the guys at new homes quality control will find them.
