"Brilliant company"

Brilliant company! I’ve just brought a newbuild. And had been watching the videos on TikTok on other houses and the defects they had been having so I enquired if they could come view my property once completed. I paid a £50 deposit and advised them when I was due to complete. However there were a few delays but the company were more than happy to push back the date. Then the day before they were due they confirmed if it was still ok. They came early which really worked for me with work. It was done in a timely manner and I received the report the next day. The gentleman that came was so helpful. Explained bits about the house that the plot developers hadn’t. Overall great experience!

"Simply a "MUST DO" For New Build Owners"

I could not recommend this service anymore for someone purchasing a new build. New Home QC were able to fit me in at short notice and carried out a very thorough survey of my property. They identified some major issues which I have taken back to the builders to rectify. Anthony showed me around all the major concerns and was very detailed in explaining what needs repairing straight away and what might occur with failure to do so. The report was received very quick with photos providing evidence which made it very easy to send back to the developers. Would 100% use these if I ever had to move into a new build again just so I had peace of mind. Thank you!

"4 Bedroom Home - St Modwens Homes"

We have recently purchased a 4 bedroom new build and the developers are St Modwen Homes. We received a message from Troy the day before to let us know what time he would be due (1 hour time frame) and also a message on the morning with the exact time of his arrival. Troy was there for around 2 hours and did an unbelievably thorough check. We got the report through in around 6 hours from when Troy finished and he had found 134 issues (mostly cosmetic) when I had only noted around 45! We are very grateful for Troy coming in and treating our house like his! Just hoping that the developers can be as thorough with the needed amendments! I would highly recommend New Home Quality Control to anyone buying a new home. It’s an extra piece of mind which is needed when you are spending a lot of money on a new home! Professional, polite and knowledgeable inspector Dean carried out a very thorough inspection of our new build - created a mega detailed, well presented report and has given us a good footing to speak with our developers about. I dealt with a surveyor called Joe. Turned up on time, methodically worked through property and found a number of issues. He was friendly and happy to give advice on issues or tell me things were normal. Came across as knowledgeable. Report was made available 2 days after survey. Highly recommend service, overall it was good value and gave me peice of mind.
