Excellent value for money.
Everything went smoothly on the day with a very helpful undertaker.
I suggest that flowers are taken directly to the funeral as a couple of ours went missing at the Crematorium ( (No reflection on Memorial Funerals)
Plus it’s not a great idea to call yourselves Low cost funerals on the listing at the Crematorium!! A bit embarrassing.

Although "Advice,guidance and support"featured in fifth place in the "What is included" bullet points,this personal contact and advice subject was so vital when suddenly 'alone and unsure' became reality.
At a time of feeling vulnerable,comfort and confidence was restored by believing in those who are now taking care of my loved one.I fully appreciate the experience and skills necessary to seamlessly take care of what could be complicated tasks.
A feature not readily apparent in the listing was the free offer of setting up an online obituary presence,which was unexpected but very welcome. This in itself proved to be so useful to enable friends and family to contribute with photos,condolence messages, and opportunity to purchase tasteful momentos incorporating ashes.
Despite not seeing Memoria advertised on TV I can vouch for their excellent service and am happy my wife and I made a good choice when deciding this method for our funeral arrangement.
Thank you Memoria, and although I'm not looking forward to my own demise, I'm sure I will be treated with the same care as given to my wife .

Organising my fathers funeral whilst dealing with treatment for a serious health condition was daunting to say the least. However Memoria were a godsend and dealt with all the arrangements for me in a caring, efficient and respectful manner. I can highly recommend their services.
