Not only did we get an affordable plan that run smoothly from start to finish, it was handled efficiently, professionally and most of all with honest care and compassion. Loosing someone you love is the hardest thing, and staff at Memoria were helpful and competent throughout, especially Rhonda, that assisted us with such professionalism matched with care and the right level of empathy and compassion. I honestly cannot praise Memoria, and Rhonda in particular, enough. Highly recommended

"Making the unknown easier to deal with"

When my Mum passed away recently I had no idea what to expect from Memoria as I don't know anyone else who has had a no-fuss cremation.
I called them and they were very helpful and considerate from the start. My Mum had given me all the details I needed so I knew what to do. I was kept updated throughout and had regular contact with our Funeral arranger. I was told what day and time Mum's cremation was so I could let family and her friends know. When It came to getting Mum's ashes back I was given a time frame and the person delivering to me called me in advance and was very respectful when he delivered them to me.
It is a new experience for me but it was easy to navigate and Memoria were very respectful.

THE RETURN OF THE ASHES CAME BACK IN A WEEK AND THE GENTLEMAN WHO BROUGHT THEM DIDNT
