When my aunt died, her will stipulated " No funeral, go spend the money on a great night out", I was unaware of the different funeral services available.

Memora Funerals were incredibly helpful and caring. Nikki took the time to listen, didn't try to 'up-sell' but helped design the perfect package of options to respectfully say goodbye to my aunt. She checked in a few days before and helped find the perfect entrance and exit music too.

From start to finish everything was dealt with compassionately. What was obviously an upsetting time was made so much more bearable and knowing Mum was being looked after made the rest of the things connected with the experience much less hassle.

I cannot recommend this company enough, especially Kimberly Hardy, who went above and beyond to make my brother Walter’s final journey just right. He passed away in a Hospice, and they didn’t have the facilities to let me view him. Kimberly arranged this through a funeral director, who was also wonderful, and then I was able to make sure he was “suited and booted” for his final journey, having always been a very smart man.

Firstly I can’t thank Rhonda enough for the professional and sympathetic way she dealt with our mum’s cremation. As we live in Devon and Mum lived in Worcester, Rhonda made the whole process very easy for us keeping us informed every step of the way. She was always available to answer any questions we had as this was a whole new experience for us. Once again thank you to Memoria Funerals and especially Rhonda.
