From my husband passing away, Memoria have been respectable and thoughtful throughout. Sarah has been dealing with my husband’s funeral and has given excellent service, has explained everything brilliantly and called me regularly with updates and just to see how I was getting on. I was notified promptly when my husbands ashes were ready to collect, and was also given her number to contact her with any worries or questions.

My mum had arranged her own funeral with Memoria a few years back and I have to admit at the time I had reservations. When Mum died in March, I called Memoria to statt this unknown process. Sarah my coordinator was amazing from beginning to end, kept me up to date every step of the way throughout this very difficult time. Sarah didnt feel like just another voice down the phone, it felt like I was talking to a friend . My husband also recently lost his mum but had the traditional funeral and the arguments between the family over certain details was so stressful and a strain that we could all have done without. Memoria funerals thank you for the Dignity and Empathy you gave my Mum but showed us too.
