From my first initial phone call with Sue right up until today, she has been amazing. It’s always hard losing a parent and navigating arrangements when you have never had to do this before, but Sue has been so kind, compassionate, helpful and informative throughout. Knowing that all I had to do was make contact and that everything else would be handled has been a comfort, and a blessing at an already stressful and emotional time. Stuart the funeral director was also very easy and lovely to deal with. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use this company and services.. the help, care and support you receive is exceptional and to be relieved of some of this stress at an emotional time is comforting and so helpful even though you don’t always realise it at the time.

Right from the start of my phone call, I was impressed with this company, Kim was amazing, sympathetic and informative and above all gave the human touch to this difficult situation, I was informed step by step what was going on, when they had mums body all the little extras, when mum was going to be cremated, when her ashes would be delivered, and the man that delivered mums ashes to me was so friendly and respectful.
