"Terrible company"

Terrible company. Zero willingness to solve problems, they took the money, but I didn't get the car because the card chip didn't work. I had changed company (Europcar), everything ok, I got the car, but from Greenmotion no refund. Never again with this company. Be wary people, be ware.
Update: Their response to my email was complete disregard.

I rented a car through easyJet for our recent travel in Italy. I took an insurance to cover any damages and theft from easyJet rental. However when I went to collect the vehicle, receptionist insisted that we have to take their insurance despite easyJet insurance informed this is not necessary. We did not take their insurance luckily. A €900 deposit was taken at the desk. Returned the vehicle with out any damages, office was closed at that time. Later got an email deducting €290 for a scratch on bumper+ €50 admin fee. The scratch that was shown surely wasn’t caused by me. I have requested an insurance claim, but will not use Green motion car and van rentals anymore.

Me hicieron cobros de daños al vehículo que previamente ya estaban, tomé fotos y videos de la evidencia antes del alquiler y las notifiqué, aun así, me cobraron los daños a mi tarjeta de crédito aproximadamente por 850Euros, llevo un mes enviando correos casi que ha diario para disputar y me devuelvan mi dinero y no me dan respuesta

I was scammed by this very shady company, which I would never have booked myself, but Auto Europe acting as a broker directed me to. They are notorious for deliberately scamming people as the thousand reviews confirm on Trustpilot. I was not given the car I had booked and paid for, fully insured and all, and this despite having a valid credit card and all the required documents. They pointed out that a piece of information buried in small print on the 5th page of the voucher indicated that your credit card must be valid for 6 months from the rental. This is a very unusual clause, which is not common practice in the sector, and it was deliberately NOT MENTIONED anywhere in the 3 emails the broker Auto Europe sent me. It is intentionally buried in small print. They are scammers who deserve a police investigation! I will refer them to the fraud reporting body in my country and I hope they go out of business soon

Attenzione!!!sono dei truffatori ho noleggiato un auto due settimane fino al 31 marzo.da premettere prima di tutto sporca e sulla sporcizia una quantità eccessiva di deodorante che rendeva l'aria irrespirabile.arriviamo al punto una macchia sul sedile posteriore già esistente mi hanno addebitato 97,60 euro come pulizia straordinaria....mi hanno controllato la macchina cm per cm non avendo trovato nulla si sono attaccati alla macchia.ho noleggiato a Brindisi aeroporto che poi l'ufficio si trova a 20 km circa.. ladri!!!

They charged €100 to my credit card 8 months after we returned the car in Italy. I emailed both their Italian office and UK headquarters, but neither has responded. I will never rent from them again—even if it’s free!

des personnes peu scrupuleuses à l’arrivée de l’aéroport de Naples qui refuse une carte de crédit sous prétexte qu’elle n’est pas une carte de crédit alors que celle là même à servi à la réservation de la voiture . Ils en profitent pour changer le contrat et demande six fois plus pour la resa - ce que j’ai évidemment refusé et loué ailleurs . @easyjet #easyjet devrait rayer de sa liste de loueurs de voitures @greenmotion #greenmotion. Des arnaqueurs . dossier déposé chez l’avocat ce jour .

Sono letteralmente dei truffatori. Al noleggio di Fiumicino Aeroporto (lo chiamano così ma é mto distante dall'aeroporto) mi hanno addebitato una sanzione da 50 euro dicendo che la macchina puzzava di fumo (non fumo) e un'altra per un graffio sul parabrezza, che non c'è. Ho le foto della macchina alla riconsegna perché subodoravo la truffa e ho contestato. Sto comunque valutando di sporgere denuncia perché é una trappola sistematica, invito gli altri a fare lo stesso.

Avoid! Milan Malpensa operation is way below any standard. Refuse to accept several credit cards, propable they did not have a vehicle. All other clients had problems.
There are several other brands at same location, propably owned by same master. Depot is far away and transport to/from is crabby.
