I received a Digital from my employer. That card was impossible to use at local stores, the exact same thing happened a few months ago despite following all set up recommendations etc.
One4all have a huge issue with these, I'm not an isolated case as all of my work colleagues have encountered the same problem. It's a nightmare to get it resolved and have the digital card changed to a physical card.
Stay away from these cards !!!

My I phone 7 wouldn’t allow me download latest version of app so I was VERY annoyed. I phoned and spoke to Miguel who could not have been any more helpful. He calmly dealt with my issue and resolved it pretty quickly . 5star customer service . Thanks Miguel.

Only thing is there should be a bit more variety if the selection of card designs. I buy from year to year and they hardly change.

Really helpful customer service, with quick response time. Generous and understanding of any difficulties you're experiencing. My only issue with One4all vouchers was the difficulty uploading a photo of my ID to activate my One4all voucher. It needed many attempts before one of the photos of my licence was accepted.
