Micah answered all my Identity Guard questions related to access to the website, the current migration, PwC options and upgrading to a family plan. He was knowledgeable, thorough and patient. For that I am appreciative and thankful and will continue to carry this benefit indefinitely. Micah is customer service focused and is a value add to the company. Thank you and kudos, Micah! "Will not issue refund on renewal date"

Will not issue refund on renewal date. We don't want or need the service for another year, but they refuse to issue a refund. They also did not cancel the service that we were clear we did not want. We had to go online and cancel it ourselves, and will have to dispute the charges through our bank. Not a good customer experience. They just want your money and don't care if you're satisfied or not.
