The actions and prices are great and so I do use them but dread having an issue.

As a company, support is generally poor at resolving issues. They can be quick to reply with polite responses that avoid resolving the actual issue and hides, incorrectly, behind their Terms of Service and it is always the customers fault and never the companies fault. So far, I have been waiting ages for a refund due to their morally dubious practice of letting customers outbid themselves when they think they are just increasing their limit as you would on eBay, for example.

Priority shipping is a joke as they admitted it won't get processed by them any faster, it supposedly just means they upgrade the Yodel service. But as Yodel deliver quickly to me anyway priority shipping and normal shipping are no different, in fact normal shipping can be faster.

"It couldn't be worse"

They have solved the important problem with the invoices and the TAX exemption that I requested some days ago. But... today there is another problem. When you try to log in, after 10 seconds, you are automatically logged out. So you can not buy anything.

Another problem is that if you win some products, and you are the only bidder, the auction ends with no winner.

Today I was having on favourites a laptop and another iron and they simple disappeared.last night happened with a braun thermother They won't do

"Absolutely a joke"

Absolutely a joke, no phone number work for this business I’ve sent emails no reply I’ve just had a pallet of home ware delivered today and everything on it is smashed or completely destroyed, I’ve taken photos, contacted my bank, citizens advice, they are forwarding it to trading standards, I’m disabled and thought I might be able to make a few pounds now I’m just out of pocket. I will try to resolve this problem

Great place for buying customer returns. I don't really want to give a good review as it will bring more bidders to the site. ;) Customer service is really efficient and resolved my issue very quick.

"Absolute Scam – Avoid at All Costs!"

I cannot believe the state of the items I received. Out of 4 items, 3 were completely unusable! A coffee machine that’s entirely rusted, a kettle with broken glass, and a safe key that doesn’t even work—what is the point of sending such rubbish? It’s as if they’ve emptied a junkyard and put it in a box.

To make matters worse, I ordered a PDA scanner and ended up with a hard drive instead. How does that even happen? This whole site is nothing but a scam. Honestly, why bother sending such garbage to paying customers? Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

1 star is far too generous.

"Rubbish products only"

Rubbish/damaged products. Almost all the products we received were rubbish only. Printer was broken on the scanning glass. AirFriers broken on the sides and heavily/badly used. They never responded to our emails, they never responded in general. I ended up crying my money and throw away 90% of the products I bought. Stay away from those scammers!

They use yodal as their carrier you’ll sit in all day waiting for your items then they’ll deliver 1 item and say you’re items are on another van, when they are not and it’ll show on yodal as all items delivered,
When you phone yodal and explain what has happened they’ll hang up, and when you call jobalots the number on the jobalots website doesn’t work you’ll lose your money
