"They sell faulty products "

Have bought from them a couple of items, some orders have arrived and some have not been delivered to me. Also nothing electronic I’ve got from them actually works. Imagine spending lots of money on something only for it to be dead, and btw they don’t have a return policy so you buy and throw in the bin. I usually look up reviews before I support such businesses but I don’t know why I didn’t look.

Crap. The packing for the printer was absolutely shocking, been look OK outside, but disaster inside the box, the printer was damaged and broken in pieces and even doesnt get power!!! No more orders from these guys!

"Absolutely awful experiences "

Absolutely awful. I have bought from these guys on and off over the last 18 months. More than half the occasions. Items have been missing. They say there may be a 25% difference to what you get and what’s advertised.
What they don’t tell you is if you have several ordered and they get sent out together and one item you ordered is missing. They accumulate the entire order together so it’s less than 25%. Meaning they get money for goods not supplied.
Before Christmas I ordered a returns pallet. I accept to get some faulty and damaged goods on arrival this week. The crate had been clearly left out in the rain. All products are ruined due to supplier neglect! I was refused any refund whatsoever.
From someone who has used several suppliers, these are the worst, most dishonest corrupt ones out there. Be warned!

eujobalots has got all the best auctions, as was standard last year with jobalots uk site. Since the new uk website, the auctions have been downgraded with very few auctions for brand new, and few saleable items as well as well as item categories. Most items customer returns as well as clothes.Have a look at the jobalot EU site which is still the old site, but still currently running as normal, great items, but does not ship to UK

Basically I’m customer for two years before was ok but now it’s all rubbish they change the website and everything as customers when you buy customer returns you don’t now what you get(may be good may be faults) but now all the products from customers returns they have labels saying clearly product faulty and they keep selling faulty products you don’t now as customers but they now all members of the staff they now that product it’s faulty and they keep selling that’s means they scam people

i received items that were not as advertised. there were x 2 wax warmer lamps, one of them were totally smashed. I received a broken earring holder, and i received a gear stick car lock missing the all impotent keys. upon reading on there web site they do not accept returns if you have accepted the delivery, wont be ordering from them again, they have lost a customer

The best platform to buy and sell joblot stock in uk in my opinion. Yes theyve had a recent transition to the website which needs patience but overall it is the best platform to buy and sell this type of stock.

He ganado varios artículos y a la hora de pagar siempre me da error, he probado varias tarjetas diferentes y siempre da error, el problema es que no hay un centro de ayuda en línea, ni teléfono para que te ayuden en vivo y si no haces el pago, te quitan los artículos, aunque la culpa sea de la web.
He mandado email, he mandado mensaje por facebooke y por instagram, no contesta nadie

"Scummy Business practices."

I won several items on this jobalots.com, including two identical products listed separately. I ended up winning both twice, but when I came back an hour later, they had removed the cheaper items and kept the more expensive ones in my cart. This is a disgraceful, scummy business practice. It’s clear they’re trying to rip people off by removing lower bids and keeping the higher ones. It’s frustrating and shady, and I won’t be using this site again.
