"Went to Schuh in Romford"

Went to Schuh in Romford today...approached by a young very helpful female assistant..she brought out several styles & sizes of Converse ..I left a very happy customer.
10/10 for service.

I purchased a pair if converse move at my local store in May have worn them hand of times and they have become faulty the squeak something awful store won't exchange as they cant see a fault although was told by staff these shoes have been brought back before with faults won't change them so I have faulty shoes will never shop at schch again

"let down online service for shoes 😡"

Well decided on a pair of trainers it’s took over a week to order now they have been transferred to ups delivery service…. Waited in all day no trainers !! Got a message at 7pm sorry DELAYED not good enough so more days to wait . Poor service please sort it out …rubbish delivery service .I’ve read poor reviews about ups the delivery company with this shoe company and I can say it’s been a total long wait for nothing . I won’t be ordering from this company again and if your reading this read the reviews first . Don’t bother .

"Amazing stuff"

My partner and I went into schuh in Cheltenham on July 1st, the stuff in there or so helpful. The lady noticed us waiting from across the shopfloor when she came out from the back room. she came straight over and asked if she could help.
She checked to see if they had the shoes in the size my partner wanted and then a guy came out with the shoes, The shoes did not fit my partner so the guy advised him to go up a size because they might be better. 
My partner was still not happy with the fit of the shoes,
Then the guy said what about these shoes and he then started to get shoes, getting all the sizes and helping us to pick some shoes it felt like we had a personal shopper
Absolutely amazing stuff I didn’t get their names, I wish I had.

"Trainers arrived used"

Trainers arrived used. Dirt at the bottoms of both shoes and they didn’t even fix the laces. Have to keep them as I’m desperate. Will not use again.

Huge shout out to Diego who went above and beyond to help us. He was very polite, very informative, friendly and welcoming! We purchased 3 pairs of Nike trainers and Nike backpack. Fantastic idea of being able to pay in installments interest free over 3 months.
We left feeling so happy. Diego gets a gold star from us. A credit to your store..(Basingstoke)
