"False advertising of discounts…"
False advertising of discounts available to buy products. When you go to purchase the item the discount is not available. I was told that i should have read the t&cs. Trouble was it was written in such small print that they could not be seen? Shame on you for trying to trick all the people! I used to spend a lot of money with store!

Claiming that they haven’t received my refunded shoes that i sent back via inpost and instead they claim they received a pair of jeans. I sent my items back and they are refusing to check cctv and claim that i stole it. I have proof that i sent it and my packaging and when they showed me a picture of my parcel my package was all cut up and taped which showed it was clearly tampered with. Terrible company they just scam your money and lie. Tried complaining multiple times yet inpost or schuh clearly stole my item and refusing for a refund or replacement. Lost my money £100 of new balance shoes that i dont have and apparently they don’t have either

Despite seeing other poor reviews, I had a great experience with Schuh. Order was correct, arrived promptly and no issues. Would use again.

"Please train your staff, so impolite and unfriendly"
Worst service i had ever, impolite staffs, felt completely unwelcome in Schuh Bristol Cabot Circus.
Instead of letting me shop in peace, a male staff member kept hovering over me, making me feel watched and pressured. When i was just waiting another female assistant to check for my size for a shoe, he called over a female manager (or senior staff member), who approached me in an unfriendly and impolite manner. It was clear she had no intention of actually helping me—her tone and attitude felt dismissive, as if she wanted me out of the store.
Just finish trying, this manager came over again, pushing me with abrupt questions like, "How was it? Does it fit? Do you want to try another one?" It didn’t feel like she was assisting me—it felt like she was rushing me out. And when I told her I needed a moment to think, she just walked away with a rude expression, clearly showing her lack of respect.
As an Asian customer, I strongly felt that I was being treated differently. There was no warmth, no genuine service. Feel so lack of respect in this store, never come back again. So rude and disgusting. Zero star if i could.

Useless company, sent a pair with 2 right foots. Useless company...uses a Useless courier...ordered a replacement..and fedex says delivered but haven't recieved any shoes. Looks like Inompetent companies gravitate towards each other...both should be closed down for incompetence..Will be contacting card company.

"Wrong product delivered, no refund"
I ordered a pair of school shoes for my daughter, on delivery the wrong item was inside the box but Schuh are refusing to replace or refund the order.
Schuh seem unwilling to grasp that the wrong item was inside the box that was shipped out.
The customer service is bizarre, with the customer not being able to respond to emails sent out.
I'll be contacting trading standards but just a warning to say do not shop here, there are plenty of better alternatives.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes online. Dispatched quickly although difficult to track. Arrived on time - kept one pair and returned two others without any issue via postal returns service

Disgrace of a company, you're not worthy of 1 star! Ordered 2 pairs of Dr Martens insoles online. Got an email saying they'd arrived in store, only to find there was 1 pair, tge other pair were going to be delivered by fed ex. Got an email a couple of days later saying they had been delivered to the store. Paid another bus fare, only to be told they hadn't arrived. 3 days later got another email to say they'd been delivered, picked them up, and when I got home and opened the parcel, they'd sent the wrong size! Will now have to make another trip over to take them back. Have ended up spending an absolute fortune on these items, due to multiple trips to the shop. Maybe the people packing orders need to wear glasses, don't give someone a size 6 when they've ordered a 5. Incompetent idiots. Will never order from this company again

I strongly advise against shopping at Schuh! I ordered a pair of shoes, but I never received my parcel. Sophie from Evri has confirmed that the delivery was NOT successful, yet Schuh continues to insist otherwise with no real proof.
Their customer service is absolutely appalling. Katie from Schuh has been completely unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. Instead of taking responsibility, Schuh has refused to help and denied me a refund, despite clear evidence that my parcel was never delivered.
Even after raising a dispute through PayPal, Schuh ignored the facts and still refused to resolve the issue. So now, I am left with no shoes and no money!
After reading other reviews on Trustpilot, it seems that this is a common practice for Schuh – scamming customers and refusing refunds when deliveries go wrong. It’s shocking that they are allowed to continue operating this way.
If you want reliable service and a company that values its customers, shop elsewhere! JD Sports, Foot Locker, and ASOS offer much better service and actually care when something goes wrong.
Stay away from Schuh – they take your money and leave you with nothing!

"Claiming I sent an empty box"
It's the third time I have issue with return. This time they email me asking questions about the inPost locker I used and exact time and location and what my parcel looks like. I gave them all the information and now they're claiming they've received an empty box and refuse to give me a refund basically accusing me of stealing the shoes. I definitely sent the shoes in the box and there's obviously a problem on their side as it is the third time I have an issue with returns and I used different courier each time
Edit: I did call the customer service on the 16/03 and I’ve been told there nothing that could be done and I have to pay for the shoes. I emailed again in the 19/03 and never received any answer. This is absolutely frustrating!
