Ich warte seit über einem Monat auf bestellte Kinderschuhe. Sollte eigentlich ein Geburtstagsgeschenk sein ... Wenn die Wartezeit noch länger dauert, passen die Schuhe wahrscheinlich eh nicht mehr!
Der Kundenservice schlecht, derzeit nur per E-Mail zu erreichen. Nach mehreren Nachfragen, wo das Paket bleibt, wird überhaupt nicht auf konkrete Nachfragen oder Problemlösungen eingegangen. Finger weg!!!!

Ordered doc sandals. Didn’t suit my shape of feet. So ordered a different design.
Returned them on Friday free of charge (today is Tuesday) and just received an email to say refund has been processed. New ones arrived today too, perfect!

"Do not pay for next day delivery!"
I recently ordered some items from Schuh and paid £4.99 for next day delivery. Two items arrived the next day and the rest a few days later. When I contacted Customer Services about this I was told two of the items were on a Next Day service, but the others were coming on Standard delivery, which is up to 5 working days. That this was stated online at the basket page, the checkout and the order confirmation page. I did not see this stated on any of those pages. I wouldn’t have opted for next day delivery if I had.

Kundenservice ist natürlich telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Wir haben ja Corona: Mhhm, schon mal was von Rufumleitung gehört? Nutzen Tausende andere auch im Home Office. Bei Mails wird auf das Problem nicht eingegangen.

"ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS CUSTOMER…"
ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I placed an order worth £236 and paid extra for Next Day Shipping.
Half of my order arrived the next day as promised. It seems the other half of the order was going to arrive the following day.
When the second part arrived, I was told that there was two items within the package. A pair of kid's Nike Air Force 1 and a pair of £100 Ugg Slides. As soon as the courier passed me the package, I knew it felt wrong. Clearly there was only one, very light item inside. The bag was too small! Inside, there was only the Air Force 1s.
So, I took photos, clearly showing that the mailing bag was small, there was a clear photo of the label so they could identify it as the same package. I even put the kids shows next to the bag, so they could see that clearly there was no way the Ugg Slides had ever been in the bag. And what did Schuh say? They have spoken to the courier and they have concluded their investigation! The items were all sent out, there was nothing further they would do.
So, I went on to Live Chat to speak to an advisor and her words were: "I can see this has already been investigated by both schuh and the courier and we have concluded that all items were sent out correctly. Unfortunately we're unable to take this any further. I'm sorry for any disappointment this may cause." When I asked her to please check again the photos, she said "As previously advised, we're unable to advise any further as the investigation has now been concluded."
Except the problem is, is that they are wrong! Their investigation is as flawed as their ability to send me all my items.
So, apparently I'm a liar, and now Schuh have stolen £100 from me. They also wouldn't even acknowledge the fact that I paid for a delivery service that they didn't deliver (although I'm more concerned about the £100 they owe me than the £4.99 delivery costs!).
Hands down, this is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I cannot believe that I am going to have to spend time claiming through my card company now. I would severely urge anyone ordering to think twice about doing so, because if something isn't right with your order, they won't take ownership of their mistakes and will call you a liar!

"Awful customer service"
I ordered some shoes on Saturday 30/1/2021. When I was checking out the website stated that if I ordered within the next 3 hours and 40 minutes, then I could get delivery the next day Sun 31/1/2021. I placed the order and the shoes were not delivered until 2/2/2021. I have emailed requesting a refund of the delivery fee I paid to be told no because the couriers don't deliver on a Sunday. Parcelforce DO deliver on a Sunday 9am-5pm. The schuh website states next day delivery if you order before 9pm on a Saturday. My order was placed at 5.16pm (according to my order confirmation) so well before the cut off point for next day delivery. At no point when I checked out did it say that the order would not come the next day. If Schuh can't deliver on a Sunday, why do they say they can?! Schuhs customer service is a joke.

Boots delivered to a random shop for me to collect with no notification to let me know and no attempt to deliver to my house. Customer service said ‘sorry’
Not good enough, who wants to be going to a shop during Covid to collect boots that you paid delivery for??? UPS are awful and now my opinion of schuh is poor too!
