JUST A MOCKERY from UPS and SCHUH!I have purchased shoes from Schuh on 6th of January, that had to be delivered by the currier UPS. Waited for few weeks, around 19th of January contacted UPS. Package lost, do a claim. Filled form, errors occurred, can’t fill it so contacted UPS customer service never replied. Got and update that address required, registered on the site updated address. Nothing. Contacted directly schuh on 25 January they filled a claim and process going till now.... Called UPS, they said the package never been delivered because they had no address nor contacts. Updated all that, I was promised that package will be delivered on 5th of February. Never came. Update came that address information is missing again! Contacted them again on 18 February, same story package will he delivered. I asked if I can get the address where is the package so I could go myself and collect it, no they don't know the address!!! Still waiting... No money no package. So don't know whom to blame UPS or SCHUH but both just wasting my time and nerves. It is their responsibility to replace or refund order, that I never been suggested! A big disappointment from schuh too because they don't care about their customers.

Super customer service. After ordering the wrong size DMs for my wife, they exchanged 3 times for different ones free of charge. Customer service employee was very patient, helpful and polite. Instead of calling me an idiot, she did her best to sort out my mistake.
Prices are good too.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM SCHUH!"
If I could give 0 stars, I would. So where do I begin.. brace yourselves, it’s one hell of a story. So I placed an order of 2 pairs of trainers on the 20th of January. Ordered next day delivery as I wanted them for the weekend, one pair arrived next day (congrats Schuh, you achieved part of what your customers pay for). The second pair never arrived, so I queried this and they told me it was with their delivery company UPS (also an appalling company just to add) so I contacted them. They said it would be delivered the following Tuesday between 11:00-14:00, so I gave them the benefit and thought at least they’re coming. Tuesday came, no shoes. I contacted UPS on Wednesday and asked where would they be? ‘They’re on their way’ I was told for the next 3 days. I then decided to contact Schuh because obviously they don’t want to let their customers being let down right? Oh no, don’t be silly. I was firstly told, the second pair weren’t available for next day delivery, this wasn't stated anywhere on the website, nor my confirmation emails. However they would arrive with their standard delivery, which is 3-5 days, we were now on day 9, so pretty poor excuse and made your company look even more shambolic than before. I was then told ‘We are unable to track where they are’. Sorry what? You can’t even track items with your own delivery company? So they raised an investigation that would take 8 days.. by this point, I didn’t want the shoes anymore, so asked to cancel the order. ‘We are unable to cancel the order or offer a refund until the investigation has finished’. So we’re about 2 weeks deep into this s*** show and Schuh were very comfortable with having my money and UPS were extremely comfortable with a very comfortable snazzy pair of trainers on their feet. So I then decided to take my complaint higher, to which I was continuously told they wouldn’t do anything until the 8 days was up. After saying I can’t wait to write a review about this service, I get a notification to say there’s a full refund in my account. Funny that. Obviously didn’t get a refund for my next day delivery, every penny counts to them. Anyway, after the service I received from this company, I would never want them having a penny of my money. So I sent back the other pair which they received 2 days ago but aren’t able to process my refund yet.. and I still payments coming out of my account for the shoes which I don’t have anymore, they do. Honestly the worst service I have ever ever experienced and I will never shop with them again and tell friends, family and strangers to stay well clear.

Seems to be a reoccurring thing with this company and the returns procedure and not taking them back! They’re an absolute joke, so I’d advise not buying nothing from them. They’re customer service is shocking and I’m £160 out of pocket!

"We love Schuh as a shop"
We love Schuh as a shop, however the online order process is as bad as it gets. I recently ordered a pair of men's shoes which we were told would be with us in three to five days, nine days later they turned up. on trying them on it became obvious that one of the shoes has a fault in the sole. I reported this to Schuh who very kindly informed me that i could send them back (at my expense!) and they would replace or refund them. had i just changed my mind i could understand paying to return them, but the shoe is faulty so why should i have to pay to return them.
I will hold on to the shoes until the local store reopens and take them back to store. that will be the last time i have anything to do with schuh online.
