Love the shoes but the courier service not so much as they tell you a time and doesn't stick to it wasted most of my day waiting for UPS to come and deliver!! Poor courier service 😢

Ordered runners for my baby's birthday, paid for delivery and 2 weeks later never received. I contacted schuh only to be told t is still with UPs and I cannot get a refund until they receive the item back from the courier who have failed to deliver for over 2 weeks.

I visited Schuh-Nottingham today,
Rob introduced himself and we explained that we wanted shoes for my 2 year old for an upcoming wedding. She was very shy and he knew exactly how to interact with her and he soon got her chatting. Many people struggle to understand her words yet, including family, he understood everything she said and spoke to her on her level. He was very polite and friendly aswell as knoweledable. I mentioned this to the store manager on my way out as I love Schuh online and in store and staff are usually friendly but I have never come accross such a friendly staff member who obviously loves his job! Thank you Rob - 5 stars *****

Ordered pair of trainers at the cost of £90, paid via PayPal confirmed by email got tracking details, now got email saying trainers are out of stock, I have to wait 10 working days for refund, disgraceful company quick enough to take your money for stock they don't have, there has to be a law against this ripping people off..

I ordered a pair of Converse trainers from Schu on 11 April received email yesterday to say they have been delivered to my house but The delivery service they use did not deliver them to my house they had actually delivered them to house in a different county I cannot get through to speak to an advisor waiting on phone for 42 minutes with no answer the chat live is useless this purchase for her birthday gift for my autistic daughter Schu have told me I have to wait till they conclude that investigation this is not my problem I purchased in good faith but have been told I can’t have a replacement or my money back !!! Schu you have the Evidence to where purchased was wrongly delivered I Suggest you go and get them back as this is theft and deliver them to me immediately or refund me immediately awful company will never buy from you again

Had used live chat to complain about a non delivery of boots. After being unsympathetic and coming across as not giving a s**t the call was ended with " i shall pass your comments on. Have a nice day ". Actually fuming right now!!!! I spend alot of money with this company but I am done now. Plenty of other places to shop.
