I had a problem with my delivery (my fault entirely as I put the wrong house number I later realised) but I rang the help centre and had a lovely person help me. I didn’t catch his name sadly but he was very polite and helped me realise where I went wrong on my delivery but sorted out my parcel so I would still receive it the next day! Great customer service 😁 thank you very much!

Achtung Abzocke. Schuhe nicht erhalten. "Kundenservice" reagiert zwar schnell, aber geht nicht auf Sachlage ein, sondern wendet Hilhaltetaktik an. Zum Glück habe ich per Paypal bezahlt und bekomme so hoffentlich mein Geld zurück.
