"Extrem lange Lieferzeit"

Extrem lange Lieferzeit, da aus UK. Warte seit fast 2 Monaten auf meine Schuhe und noch ist nichts in Sicht. Lieber 5€ mehr ausgeben und bei einem Händler in der europäischen Union bestellen!

My first experience buying from Schuh and wow what a good one, not only was I updated about my order being processed, packed and delivered, I received a time slot and date of delivery and the items arrived within 3 days of ordering and were lovely!

"Going to give 2 stars as this was the…"

Going to give 2 stars as this was the first time I ordered from them and they have been prompt with responses via email. Otherwise a negative experience.

My pair of shoes arrived, one with a mark on the side of the fabric and the other with dark scuff marks on the white sole edge. I contacted customer services who asked that I return this pair and they will send out a new pair. The next day the new pair arrived, with a clear finger print mark on the side of the sole and some minor dark scuffs. How can they send out 2 orders and both include marks?? To add I checked on the website and size 4 was out of stock ... so I'm sure the second pair they sent must have been a return or an odd damaged pair they had lying around.

They offered me to return that pair too, and they would send out another, but I feel we are just going to go around in circles here with me ending up at the post office every day returning packages to them.

I accepted that I would keep them because I needed them for the weekend and I cannot be bothered with constantly going back and forth with returns, parcels and emails and I got £2.70 refunded. The shoes were not pricey, but £2.70 is shocking. Should they have sold these on their website as imperfections I would say they would have to offer AT LEAST a £5 discount if not more like £7.50 as there is a clear finger print on the side which looks melted into the sole which I have sent them a photo of.

It was the first time I have purchased from them, and it will be the last.

"Do not pay for Next Day delivery"

Purchased a pair of trainers and a pack of socks for my daughter. Paid for next day delivery as she required them for Monday morning. The socks came next day and UPS tracking stated the other items would be delivered between 8.45 and 12.45pm.
Checked back around 1.30pm as nothing came and tracking now says 'creating label'. By 4pm nothing had been delivered, so we tried to divert the parcel whcih was a chore in itself.
Later that evening I recieved an email stating the parcel was held at depot and would be delivered by the end of the day the following Monday. Too late for what was required.
When asking Schuh about a refund on next day delivery they said that only the socks were available for next day delivery, not the trainers, and I would have been informed at checkout. Even though UPS had them at the depot on Friday. So I've just gone on the website and tried to buy the trainers again, guess what I can have them next day for £4.99.
Bunch of scammers, do not pay for next day delivery. Gutted as Next had the same trainers for the same price and would have definitely had them next day.

"Rank trainers"

I’ve been continually checking for a pair of Nike trainers that have been out of stock on and off for the past 3 weeks. I eventually found them and my husband bought me them for my birthday. They arrived today and look like they have been worn for a month and returned. The box had slice marks through it and was collapsed, the trainers had grass stains on the sole, dirty laces and had feet imprints inside. Absolutely disgusting also there’s no way I can return them as I will be accused of causing the damage and refused a refund. Who quality checks their returns? I would have thought with COVID restrictions they might actually sanitise their footwear when they have been returned but obviously I’m wrong. I now have to anti bac each shoe, wash them inside and out and clean the laces. I am disgusted with what has been sent to me.

"Ordered two pairs of boots"

Ordered two pairs of boots, neither were a good fit and so I returned them...several weeks ago... still not had a refund and just get dismissive emails from the company. Will never order from here again and certainly won’t be recommending. I am still owed a couple of hundred pound!!

"No order, just dismissive emails"

I ordered some trainers at the beginning of the month and they have still not arrived. I am now past the birthday they were meant to be a gift for. Schuh courier have admitted that they have lost the parcel but rather than rectify the situation, and send a replacement or issue a refund, schuh are more preoccupied with their investigation, which will take up to 8 working days.

I appear to be the only one losing out here. Schuh have the money, the courier have been paid and I am sitting her with nothing other than a thread of dismissive emails.

I did try and share this on their website but, I’m sure no one will be surprised to hear, it did not get through.

"Ordered a pair of shoes in a size 8"

Ordered a pair of shoes in a size 8, 1 shoe was a size 9 and another was a size 11 so semt them back for an exchange, got two shoes size 9 back for the same foot so binned the shoes cnt be bothered with the hassle customer services was rude, will never shop here again
